I asked before leaving was the order correct and it was not. They said it was correct.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked store that is kept neat and clean. There’s a lady at the paint counter that is superb in every way. I prefer this Home Depot store over all others.

Went in knowing what I wanted. The young lady in the appliance department was spot on and very friendly. I ordered my washer and dryer with no glitches and it was delivered and installed on the day promised.

We encountered an issue with a product we purchased last year and Natalie made sure that a resolution was identified posthaste. Her diligence and attention to details were exemplary. We were able to purchase a replacement and now awaiting for delivery🥰. Natalie is the reason I keep coming back!!!

This location is always friendly and well staffed, items are generally easy to find. The store has the free Kids kits every month, they are great at teaching the younger kids how to hammer and work a screwdriver my only better if is that a small subset of the kids carts and some trollies need parts fixed/replaced. They usually have enough working carts though so I didn't deduct a star.

The assistance that I received in the purchase of a washer/dryer set from sales specialist,Nan was extremely helpful. Her product knowledge invaluable has she h informed me of the dryer duct hose change to meet new safety standards, reviewed specs, and recommended an alternative with the periscope dryer duct to ensure a smooth installation & fit of the washer/dryer in my laundry closet.

Every time I visit this Home Depot, the employees all have a great attitude and are extremely helpful! I recommend asking for Phyllis or Nareka if you need any help at all! Both ladies will ensure your trip is as easy as possible!

All my purchases have been great.

I just the RYOBI line of products and visits this store often to see if they are on sale or some items has been marked down. The sales person informs me when special sales events usually happen for RYOBI products. I'm a Sucker for what I consider as a good deal! The associates a very helpful and knowledgeable. The always check stock if something isn't on the shelf (sometimes it's an online ONLY item). They then offer to assist in making the online purchase.

Whenever I go to HD, I can always count on Jasmine to give a friendly hello. She never stands around while people checkout. She gets involved, communicates and, not just communicates but talks with you. These days many employees don't go out of their way to make customers feel good. She does.

This store is awesome. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Will diffently go back to this store.

I had a water leak damage in my house and the store employees quickly took me to the correct department to obtain the tools I would need and after returning home I was able to quickly turn off the water.

The Sandhills Home Depot is one of the best stores around period. The staff is always friendly and helpful and their customer service is the best.

I bought a specialty screw to replace one on some furniture I was fixing.
