This is my go to store for home improvement and household essentials. It is conveniently located and near other shopping and food outlets.

Very knowledgeable staff, especially Keith in the tool rental dept. He’s always willing to help and go above and beyond his duties!!

Poor inventory for treated 2x4, 2x6, 2x8 and 2x10 . This store has added recently too many self serve check outs . Only 1 cashier for large items and 2 Pro check out stations .

Hopefully you aren't looking for something remotely out of the ordinary; like 8" oil rubbed bronze shower arms (store sells plenty of oil rubbed bronze shower fixtures, but not corresponding parts), or hitch pins. They simply don't have it. And don't go here if you don't want to feel that you are annoying the paint staff. BTW, they don't carry the Behr Alkyd paint like the other HD stores do. I've never been to this store where I could complete my shopping list...

I love this store. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and creative. They are always willing to help me figure out the best solution for a problem. Every year my daughter and I make trophies for her dance event. The employees are always willing to help us find the best materials to use and to figure out the best method for creating the trophies. I've never had a reason to complain about anything related to this store.

This is my favorite store,it is smaller than another home depot about the same distance in another direction.The staff is consistently friendly and very professional.They happily welcome my little dog,who sits in the cart.He is also welcome at the other store,I do prefer the smaller stores. I have done a lot of home projects over the years and appreciate the assistance and expertise I get at this store.Thks

I normally shop at this store for all things I need but for the plants I prefer going to Home Deport at 870 Woodstock Rd, Roswell, GA 30075. There are more room and display more plants in the garden area which having more pleasant to shop around the garden area. I wish my Home Deport having bigger garden center so I don't have to go to outside of building to look for the plants I like (Once I went to two different area to see plants in the early Summer, the store put hydrangeas and some trees near mulch area, I have to worry cars in and out which bothered me).

The store manager, Ben, has ALWAYS been courteous, professional and very helpful with everything that I need. He is the BEST manager that I have ever met at Home Depot and I've been a loyal customer of Home Depot for 30 years. Also, I want to thank Carolyn from the paint department. She has helped me with so many projects and made it so much easier to make decisions and get out the door quickly when I have an emergency. Thank you all so much!

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS STORE SINCE IT FIRST OPENED AND GENERALLY FIND WHAT I NEED. YESTERDAY I PURCHASED ITEMS IN THE GARDEN SECTION THAT I BELIEVE WERE ADVERTISED FALSLY OR AT BEST DIFFICULT TO READ. THE AD STATED THAT IF YOU BOUGHT 2 ITEMS YOU SAVED $10.00 IF YOU PURCHASED 3 YOU WOULD SAVE $20.00. ASSUMOING OF COURSE THAT THE PRODUCTS ON THE DISPLAY WERE AVAILABLE FOR THE SAVINGS I PURCHASED TWO ITEMS FROM BOTH DISPLAYS ONLY TO BE TOLD AT CHECKOUT THAT THOSE ITEMS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ON THE DISPLAY ALTHOUGH THEY WERE CLEALY STATCKED ON SHELEVES AND NOT JUST A RANDOM SELECTION. I WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE SKU'S, I DON'T THINK CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE TO GO ON A SKU SEARCH TO MAKE A PURCHASE AND I BELIEVE THE AD WAS PLACED ON THE DISPLAY TO DRAW YOUR ATTENDING BUT DIDN'T OFFER A REASONABLE DISPLAY OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE AND NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE OFFER.

If you need help, ask for FAITH at the service desk. The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced EVER. She should be a manager.

We love Home Depot and are happy that it is located in our neighborhood. It is easy to get to and easy to shop, plus it is easy on the pocketbook. It almost always has whatever we are looking for and is so convenient.

If you need a new Front door or internal door, ask for Paul in the door section, he is the best representative that is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, will save you money, and will go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable from start to finish... everyone at Home Depot is friendly and willing to help in any way they can!!!!

A wonderful Home Depot to shop at Friendly employees and great to work with you on your products

The concern I have is your assembly team and lack of inventory. There was 2 toolbox's of my model. Your assembly team used power tools to put together the workbenches stripping / destroying the screws in the process. One floor model was damaged and the other was so stripped it took over an hour to remove the pieces needed to fit in car. Jess (Manager) was amazing at doing what she could creating an amazing experience to address the lack of inventory. After purchase, when the stripped screws would not allow the unit to be deconstructed to fit in car... Myron, Brian, Scott, and one other younger man (did not get his name but he was wonderful and patient) were committed to finding an eventual solution and assisted loading the car. Though the team members I interacted with were great and did everything they could, the overall experience was frustrating paying $700+ for product already damaged by your team. For that much money, let's hope I never need to loosen / remove any of the other screws as the entire unit was damaged upon construction. Your assembly team should probably be trained that power tools are not recommended (directly from the manual) on any similar build. I was actually shocked to learn you have an assembly team and they would make such trivial mistakes.

I can't say enough about the lady in the paint department, she was so helpful & knowledgeable about paint. I knew I wanted a purple paint but she explained the difference between hues, shades, etc. I got the exact color I was looking for & my granddaughter loves her newly painted room.

The employees tried to help me but were unable to complete transaction.

Enjoyed the friendly customer service that was provided during my visit. The store was very clean and the products were easily found. All the associates were very helpful.

I have shopped at many Home Depot stores but this one is my favorite. The employees are friendly and helpful. They are always there if I need help. This particular store is cleaner and more organized than some of the other stores nearby. The staff are always happy and appear to love their job. That's why I like to shop there.
