We were looking for a convertible freezer/ refrigerator found the one on sale

This store has the worst fastener selection I’ve ever found. They don’t maintain their selection and they don’t maintain what’s currently has a bin in their store. Nobody does any inventory.

I don't always know where to find what I am looking for or even what I need at Home Depot but I know they have it. I am always greeted with a smile and hello and guided through my list of what I came to the store to shop for.

Was able to purchase the item the clerk recommended for my described job

I love looking around Home Depot. They always have something I need and the employees are great and welcoming

I rented a lawn edger from this store that had a piece break off less than half way through the job. The equipment was not inspected before renting it out. The employee made sure that it would start, but did not check to see if anything was broken or had nuts or bolts missing. The edger had the gaurd break off less than half way through the job. The only thing the employee seemed to care about was if we had purchased the protection plan. We had to go somewhere else and to rent an edger and pay full price again to complete the job. Better inspection of Home Depot’s rental equipment would be required.

Bill and Thomas we very helpful in blinds and Brenda was great in doors

We were shopping for wood to make a bookshelf. The price was clear but the per piece and per foot info was practically invisible. We didn't see it and assumed per piece. During our entire 45. minutes or so in this area of the lumber department NOT ONE employee showed his face to assist or answer questions. My granddaughter manhandled 5 10 foot pieces of 11 inch wood, all by herself. Terrible customer service in this area led to a major misunderstanding that did not show up until we reached the cash register. Very disappointing for all concerned.

Home Depot is the best. There’s always a friendly associate to help me find what I’m looking for. There’s a guy in the paint department that is great at helping with any questions I have!

The location is great, they usually have what I need in stock, but the employees are awful particularly the ones that form some pseudo security gang at the self checkout registers. It’s insane to me that you would rather have 6 employees breathing down my neck while I’m trying to do unpaid work for your store, than have 6 registers open. If you can’t trust your customers to scan a few barcodes then why have self checkout in the first place. It’s mad, I’m never able to find an employee when I’m trying to find something in your store that you keep reorganizing, or when I’m trying to buy something that you decided to lock up. But I sure can feel your employees hot breath as I’m typing in my phone number to receive my military discount. I’m surprised they don’t frisk me on my way out, whole credit card check right into my crevice. All Home Depot’s are like this, but the one in Sandy off 114000 is by far the worst, and I have encountered the rudest and laziest employees here.

Larry in the pro shop helped me create the most incredible deck. He helped me with every board and pick my beautiful colors of timber tech. Can’t wait for it to be delivered so we can get it built.

An employee took me DIRECTLY to the rack where the item I was looking for was located. He then FOUND the item and handed it to me! I LOVE the Sandy Home Depot.

We are building a house and needed multiple blinds. We needed an uncommon size and there were enough in stock, but when waited and when we arrived, there were only two instead of the three we needed. The employee who helped us found another one at a different location. The blinds needed to be cut and he promptly took care of that for us. He was helpful and nice. We had a good experience.

HD matches online to in-person shopping behavior based on your credit card. I find it creepy and irritating.

Purchase this at the beginning of April

I came in with a challenge that other competitors could not solve to my satisfaction and the people and managers and the Sandy Utah store solved my challenges!

I added the gray film to the bath room windows for day privacy and light.

I bought a big container of Roundup because it said the refill was free but there were no refills next to the sale notice. When I went to pay I asked about it and they said they were out of it. I asked when it would be back in and they said they didn’t know. Also they said the items had to be bought at the same time, but that was impossible. So I called customer service and they told me the same. I had my receipt to show them I had purchased the item and they said that they couldn’t help me because it was not on sale any longer. I can’t believe they couldn’t honor an ad that they had offered.

I literally drive by another store to come here.. staff is well trained and informative..sandy home depot is worth traveling to.

When I arrived at the self check out area, Emily offered to help me at the register that I was walking towards. She was incredibly kind and thorough and professional. I have had Very good service most every time I’ve gone to Home Depot. I can’t say that about your competition. They’ve been good to me, but not as frequently.

This store location has everything I need every time I go. Employees are friendly, helpful, and resourceful.

He is amazing it’s like he knows everything

Linda herself makes the store 1000x better than any other store. But all the employees I've had experience with are amazing. Other Home Depot stores need to take notes from this one

I called the Sandy, Utah store to find out information about a kitchen project and a man named Bill took my name and number and actually followed up with me on two different occasions and got me scheduled for an estimate. It wasn't even his job, but the person whose job it was had been out sick for a couple of days and he still followed up even though he didn't have to. So impressed to see good customer service, it is really becoming a dying art these days. Thanks Sandy Home Depot!
