This is a huge store. It literally makes me happy to visit this store as they carry pretty much anything I need. Nazim Khan is a great sales associate. He helped me last time.

Sage helped make loading 20 bags of mulch much easier than expected. Loading from the parking lot inventory made it simple. She's a good employee!

I went into the store to return a few items after spending probably $500 at this HomeDepot over the last few weeks. The employee doing the return messed up my return and I didn’t get the right amount back. When I pointed it out, he said the return was “complete” and the only thing he could do is take it off the total for a new purchase. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but I said fine. When I came back 5 minutes later I was treated with such disrespect and all of the employees treated me like I was trying to steal and would only give me a dollar off. They continued to make mean and rude comments and would not get a manager to help me. I left crying and am out the money lost. Never going back, glad there is a Lowe’s somewhat close.

I will always choose this specific store- the layout is great and they always have what I need in stock.

I love this store because I'm treated like a friend, not just a customer. 99% of the people are very helpful and the few who aren't, don't last long. The store is orderly, well laid out and is convenient. After shopping there for 20 years, it's my go-to whenever anything breaks or I need a new product.

The over all shopping has been and experience that I have had for over twenty-five years. with my business and personal shopping. I can find most item in stock in all Home Depot stores around the united states. PS. (THANK YOU HOME DEPOT TEAM) Keep up the great service.

The store is nice but they crowd the isles with displays. They even put displays in the self checkout. All of these make it hard to move around especially when there are a lot of people. Please keep the displays out of the walk ways!

Interacted with 5 people in this store. Everyone was spectacular in their answers and helpfulness. One didn't know.. he was clearly new and still walked with me till he could direct me to someone who works have the answers I needed. Jeffrey in electrical needs a raise. I have never had that level of customer service at a home depot. And so did my cashier. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. But he helped with my credit app and if home depot really wants to know... they can look it up. He's deserving of that little bit of work on home depots part. Store was clean, organized and stocked.

This is my second flooring order this year. The flooring department and installers were outstanding.

If you are buying appliances from this store or any Home Depot, buyer beware. In my case, I bought a dishwasher and had it delivered to the store. Upon picking it up they loaded it into the truck for me. I now understand that they are supposed to open it up and inspect for damage which they did not. It took a couple of months for the builder to be ready for installation and when we opened it up we discovered a damaged front panel. Sorry, was their response, you've just bought a dishwasher that won't work but it's your fault for not inspecting it. I also found out that you've only got 48 hours to get it installed and see if it has a problem. If it takes you 3 days to do that and it doesn't work, then too bad, you now own a defective appliance and they won't do a thing about it. If you're a contractor, you'd better buy from some place that will back up their products.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Customer Service Rep that was too preoccupied chatting/joking around with other employees to accurately listen to my request regarding a return which she had repeated back to me. She put $213.00 back on my card instead of the needed/requested store credit. Now my $213.00 is in limbo for 5 to 7 business days. My father (disabled Veteran) had to come in to cover/pay for my materials and Manuel the cashier, gave him a very hard time making him struggle by having him walk from one end of the store to the other to "Sign Up" for his military discount even though he presented his Official Military ID to Manuel (the un-friendly cashier). Other Home Depots simply accept my father's Military ID (which has his Photo on it & the Branch of service) and treat him with the respect every Veteran should get. My father walks with a very distinct limp which is painful for him, but he was made to go to the other end of the store to "Sign Up" when this IS NOT MANDITORY in order to get his Military discount. The cashier was pulling a little Power Play that was VERY VERY BAD for Home Depot and it's image. Shame On You !!!!!!

We needed a custom nut with a metric size and worked with Doug in the Tool Rental to see if any customization could be done to a nut purchased at the store. He was so willing to help and was amazing at solving our problem. Thank you Doug!!!

Always friendly and willing to help. Store is clean and employees are knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile, and this is a consistent culture. I shop there frequently and Ive come to expect it and am never let down!

The only reason why I come to shop at HomeDepot is because of the people they work their, I feel very valued as customer also the people work at Home Depot they have the knowledge of the product and they help you out, orient you and advice you what to do with any fix or install in your home project.

This store has no customer service skills. I would highly recommend driving to a different location

The stock's fairly limited in this location, seems to be a bit smaller so they're less likely to have more specialized or trade specific tools. but the staff's friendly and they'll point in the right direction of where you should go what'll be in stock and wear your best shot is to get it successfully.

The store is dirty and employees do not know product let alone how to use computer. The good sale a people are treated poorly by short brown hair older manager and talked down on while she jokes and flirts with another guy in front of store. The paint department had 6 people in line one older lady that was very nice and knows her product. She had no help and manager cones up and is rude to her and dosnt care 6 people in line one of her and me waiting on side from being helped. This manager needs to be let go very unprofessional.

The store clerks where very helpful. I was in a big hurry and they where very quick to help and get me on my way. I shop her a lot and this day was one of the best time I had shopping there. Thanks you for the help in a stressful day!

I have been going to this store for my work and business for almost 2 years. I have been consistently satisfied by each associate's customer service and desire to help me, including cutting a bunch of lumber. One associate, by the name of Kimberley has stood out from among the pack to be exceptionally helpful. She remembered me and and what we talked about previously, she was so fast and effective I didn't want to leave. A great store with great staff.

The service is the closest to the old family run hardware stores that you can find.
