There are consistently long lines are the Tool Rental department. However, once there the associates are spot on. They know their department and are quite helpful. The rest of the store has associates that are always willing to help select products and they seem to be happy to help ensure that we don't forget related products to fulfill project needs.

My only issue is that the checkout by the lumber department gets to busy. With contractor sales on the left, it is a cluster for them to get out of the store. Maybe re-organize

Ross in Hardware helped me find all of these little parts one after another after another. Really great service then was answering peoples' questions on product locations while helping me. Great job Ross you are a real asset to Home Depot Santa Fe. He even looked for top shelf stock when the rack was out. Great experience. Fast and efficient.

I was able to get in and out of the store quickly, along with finding exactly what I needed! Wendy was my cashier. She was super friendly and helpful! She mentioned the $100 off for credit approval of the Home Depot card and assisted me with that process.

My neighbor and I decided to go into this location because of where we were. The stores layout was the exact opposite of the two other locations we are familiar with. We had some difficulty in finding what we needed, but fortunately Loretta was very helpful in taking us directly to the aisle we needed.

Since moving to the area and renovating a home, we spend a lot of time in this Home Depot, the employees have come to know us and always acknowledge us when we see them. Extremely helpful in Windows/Doors, Yard, Lumber, Window Coverings, just a great team!

You should drive to a different Home Depot even if it is further away so that you don't have to deal with getting in and out of this one, especially if you are just trying to run in to get a box of screws or a paint brush; you have to be making a full on trip for a lot of things to make it worthwhile. Least convenient place to pop in and out of ever. It will take you and extra 15 min just to get in and out of the parking lot.

Had a great experience today. I went in to talk to the flooring people about some options and Linda Knol in the flooring department was awesome.. She was thoughtful and kinda. Very knowledgable and had all the answers to my questions. It made my days amazing... Thanks Linda and I look forward to working with you on this and future projects..

This isn't always the most convenient Home Depot store for me, but when I'm going to need help in the store, I always go to Santa Fe. Most expertise, most helpful, most willing to do a little extra.

THE STORE IS PRETTY GOOD, BUT WHY ONLY ONE PLACE TO ENTER AND EXIT THE STORE? CAN BE A PAIN TO PARK NEAR ONE PLACE AND HAVE TO WALK FROM THE OTHER OR TO THE OTHER! THE ROAD CONSTRUCTION IS A PAIN TOO! YOU CAN TELL THE CITY THAT CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLAINING BECAUSE IT IS TAKING SOOOOOO LONG TO GET SANTA FE DONE!

This store seems to always have what I need for personal house hold items and/or repairs. It is close by and should they not have what I need they always assist in finding the missing item in other stores or give me a rain check to get later. Personnel are always helpful and friendly and as a professional pet sitter am delighted it is a pet friendly store.

The flooring specialist took extra time helping me find exactly what I was looking for.

Connie was super nice and competent when I came in with a large amount of returns from a summer long project.
