I have specific items to replace due to hail damage. I researched where to find things and some were at Hope Depot and some will have to be purchased elsewhere. It was easier to find help this visit.... seems like there are new employees in the store.

I first came to the Sante Fe store randomly for paint over a year ago and choose to go to this store (even though I pass two others) for all of my home improvement/update needs. It doesn't matter if you are in Paint, Garden, Kitchen and Bath or Lumber. someone will always be there to help you find what you need or even better yet give an opinion when you're stuck looking at what seems to be endless interior door options! Kudos to Sante Fe! Keep up the great work, you make home improvement adventures so much easier!

I came in just get advice for a project. The employees know the answer to most questions and if they dont right away, they can get the answer if you give them alittle time. In and out of the store quick, great visit.

Great place to buy what I need. They seem to have it in stock.

The associate that helped us tonight was VERY helpful and very knowledgeable about the products we were look for!

Accidentally left my purse at the cashier. It was kept in a safe place till I was able to return to retrieve it with all contents in their same place. Honest Employees .. THANKS. B S

Vic always pays special attention to my Dad. Dad suffered a stroke some 8 months ago. He is making progress, so when Vic see him he greets him with a smile, asks him how he is doing and says he looks great. Imagine my Dad still working at 95. I should be so lucky ;-) Son retired at 68.

Steve in appliances was so helpful with picking out the right washer/dryer plus explaining delivery and install options. Another associate was very helpful with directing us to the right aisle to find garage items. I have always found this store to be clean, lots of products to choose from, and the associates are always very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful.

Products logically organized by usage relationship and by trade sizes. All fittings available up to 2". Extra suggested accessories are available as well. This contractor friendly location is so much better than residential neighborhood stores.

Linda checked us out and was so nice and helpful. She made our experience wonderful!

I went in with a project in mind but unsure of the details. The people there were super great and worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed.

We had a wonderful experience with Rodena! She was so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine in her desire to help us find something that would work for our patio. We had literally no idea what to look for in the nursery, and she provided us with several recommendations and ideas that worked great. She went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one and we left the store feeling excited because we knew that she steered us in the right direction and that what she helped us find for our patio will be the perfect fit. This Home Depot is very lucky to have Rodena as an employee!

Looking for appliances can be tough and as all of us know, pretty costly. If you find yourself in the appliance section in the Santa Fe Home Depo location (500 S Santa Fe Dr, Denver, CO 80223) to add/replace some new equipment for your house, you have to make an effort to find appliance specialist, Steven Barber. He was so helpful, genuine, and honest. He didn't rush us or push us in any way to purchase "the more expensive" appliances. He listened and did everything in his power to help satisfy our wants. We walked out of the Home Depo that day with a brand new washer and dryer and if it wasn't for Steven's help, we would probably still be digging through the mine. Thank you so much again Steven for your hard work.

Gina helped me today. She found me in the aisle and I didn't know where an item was. Gina personally walked me to each of my items and then rang me up right there, no lines! It just doesn't get any easier or better than that! What a great experience, thank you Gina!

Had a great experience working with Kyle at the Service Desk. He was patient with me and did not give up on my order when most would have. If you are in need of help, find Kyle at the service desk!

The staff was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful! Especially Rodina in the garden area! What a sweetheart!

Overall the shopping experience at Home Depot is only convenient. Often times I know the store layout and products that are carried in the store better than associates in the store. My general rule is to involve the associates as little as possible because it is usually a waste of time.

Linda made my experience at Home Depot pleasant. I don't like to be looking all over for items. She knew exactly where my product was!

We have repeatedly had problems with the Glendale store so we decided to try the Santa Fe store. We had a really awesome experience. We are regulars and spend in alot each month at Home Depot and will only be coming to the Santa Fe store from now on. Also, Rosario at the pro desk was so wonderful. She was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks!

With the road construction I had been avoiding this location, but after my bad experience at the Alameda and Pierce store, I went to this location any. As in the past I found what I needed and received the help I wanted from the store, helpful, knowledgeable, store employees.

I was able to go in and out. There was someone to help me with everything I needed no issues and if they couldn't help me they got me someone that could. Thank you for your fast service.

Exceedingly helpful customer service in the appliance department. Go and ask for Thomas, he was amazing!
