Sadly Victoria has ruined any and all shopping relations I will ever have at this location again. She was rude and over stepped herself when speaking to us. While we walked passed her and said excuse me while she was sitting at her desk in the Refrigerator section. We kept walking didn’t stop. Just kept moving. She rudely said it’s law you have to stay 6 feet away from me. However she’s right in front of where we had to go there was no other way around her. Her chair was in the aisle not like we walked behind a desk. Well she got nasty saying you shouldn’t have walked behind me it’s law you stay 6 feet away from me at all time. I immediately said well how are we supposed to look at the refrigerators if you’re in the way. I asked for her name while at this point we are 8 feet away from her and she said Victoria you want my manger he’s right here and started yelling for “Paul Paul come here I need you these people Have an issue with the 6 feet rule, you removed my tape that blocked me and now everyone is walking next to me” so now she’s completely flipped it as if we were asking for Paul, and she lied and tried to say that we had a problem with the social distancing Paul came and was immediately apologetic for her actions as if this has happened multiple times in the day. However because of this not only did you lose what would’ve been a $3500 refrigerator sale. You also lost a business owner and long time shopper. I know it might not be much to such a large franchise however I can not and will not give this business anymore of my money. She has no reason to speak to me that way especially since I wasn’t stopped to talk to her. Her chair was in the Walking aisle For customers. She made a big deal and started yelling that I must stay 6 feet away from her but she never moved out of our way even when I said excuse me. With so many people looking for jobs she should be happy to have one yet she treats me a customer that didn’t even initiate any type of communication with her just start yelling at me to stay away. She shouldn’t be on the floor working with customers then if it’s such a big problem. She should be in the back. I have never in my whole life been so disrespected. And all Paul had to say was I know guys I’m truly sorry. We walked out of there so angry. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning to complain as well.
