I bought this 2days ago. It' s really very good & not so expensive

I finally finished my new landscaping project in front of our home this past summer, thanks to The Home Depot. I purchased two rolls of weed blocker, 75 bags of mulch, and more than 250 paver stones to complete the new landscaping beds I had begun creating two summers ago. The Home Depot staff helped me order a skid of pavers of my own after I had cleared their stock from the shelves. Once the new pavers arrived, they also helped me load them into my vehicle on one of the hottest days of the summer. They were eager to hear about my project and insisted that I come back and show them photos after it was finished. Their assistance and interest in my project helped me feel supported and motivated - and I made some cool friends along the way. I know I can count on The Home Depot staff whenever I start another project to give me tips of the trades and help me find the right tools and materials to finish the work. Thanks, HD!

Last Christmas Home Depot had these light up LED sheep dogs. I tried to get one, but they were sold out everywhere. They got them again this year and they have reindeer antlers on them! I called Home Depot and they said they had one, but they had not put their decorations out yet, but if I came in they would look for it. I went in today, and I cannot believe what these guys did to find the sheep dog for me. I ♥️Home Depot. Thank you Mason, and Fadel and Edwin! I am embarrassed to say I almost cried because I was so shocked they did this for me.

I needed assistance with wall tile and May was of great assistance. She’s an asset to your company.

Home Depot makes big money off Christmas decorations but apparently the word is out there to reply "Happy Holidays" to every 'Merry Christmas".

The moment it waited on me that was that customer service since I had a gift certificate help me very much it was a very possible experience the shipping was not pleasant it was said to the wrong City so I have to wait now but that is not the stores fault

I frequent the Sawmill store and always find exactly what I'm looking for. The staff in all departments are helpful and interested in helping me find what I'm looking for by even helping me search for an elusive item. My most recent shopping trip was for a dishwasher and the sales associate Doug Elliott helped my find exactly the one I needed at a price within my budget.

Riley M provided the necessary assistance we needed to provide a solution to our painting issues. Riley was helpful, considerate, and very knowledgeable. Great job Riley!

Home Depot did not honor their advertised promotion.

Home depot employee Sam was knowledgeable and polite and helpful. He also was well versed on product.

I wanted to buy a number of small, different items, and spent a lot of time walking the store trying to find them or to get good help from the staff--some were good, others indifferent. If you shop there regularly, you probably know where things are; I'm just an infrequent customer trying to find a certain kind of electrical cord and some low-expansion foam, so the store is like a jungle to me. Not many other options.

I called four times and was hung up on three times. It is difficult to get help even when in the store as the customer assistants are very sparse and then sometimes they do not have the knowledge to answer your specific questions. As I mentioned in review, I was very disappointed not to get a sale price on my purchase, as it was promised initially.

Rented a 12ft box truck. Very clean and associates were friendly and attentive

As a contractor I am in this store often. On certain days they play heavy metal rock and roll SO LOUD, and I just can't wait to get out of there. That screeching sound is causes such agitation and can't even think straight while pulling material.

Outstanding customer service

I needed help to find product. An employee stopped what he was doing to take me to the product. I had to go back for more items and another person stopped to help me. Best service ever!

Purchased a dryer which had to be preserved and scheduled for delivery 4 days from purchase date. Unfortunately the delivery was not as smooth as we expected. We were notified of a time and waited for delivery but no one showed. Tried calling the number but went straight to voicemail. Service department number could only tell us truck was an hour away which was beyond the 4 hour window we already waited. Ended up canceling and shopping elsewhere.

Had what I needed and great price

I had been to two other garden supply stores in town, but nobody seemed to work at those stores. I stopped in at Home Depot and was warmly greeted, found a good selection of soil products for raised beds, and an associate asked if I needed help loading them into my car. So helpful!

As per the usual, the folks at the Sawmill Road store were EXCEPTIONAL in their customer service! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for knowledgeable employees (especially the paint dept), who are courteous and well-mannered!

Home Depot just seems more focused on the DIY amateur than that other big box store (cough ... rhymes with 'woes'). Home Depot in general and this store in particular have just about everything I need for everyday jobs and they have a great garden department in season, too. This stores employees were always very helpful but lately there seems to have been an effort to make help even more pro-active and it shows

Customer service went above and beyond to help me purchase and ship gift.

I shop at the sawmill Home Depot a lot. The employees are always willing to help me find materials or check me out. They often see me coming and have things ready for me.

I’ve use HomeDepot for all my remodeling projects. I’ve ordered online products & they keep me updated on shipping information & deliveries. I also go to the store on Sawmill Rd in Columbus OH regularly. Everyone is helpful & I’m pleased with the products & pricing.

Every corner we turned, they asked if we needed help. I suggest staff at the front door asking what my project is

I needed to replace a stacked washer dryer unit. The store had what I needed was an easy purchase.

Came in with a discrepancy in paint. I had painted and ran out came back got the same color (scanned my old lid) when we painted it was completely diff color. I asked for her to exchange it with the correct color she said we don’t do that for tinted paint. I said yes you do, she said no we don’t and won’t and it went back and forth a few more times. She literally didn’t want to help. Arms crossed rolling her eyes etc. I said get a manger she was even unprofessional calling him to come up and help. He comes up and asked how he can help and she said I wanted a refund on two gallons of paint when clearly that isn’t what I asked for. So I said no I said exchange the one gallon to match my initial gallon I purchased. She said you don’t and not do that. She was calling me little girl and saying not the one and this bit*%. of course I reacted and said I’m almost 50! Def not a little girl and I wish you would. She came around the counter even. It was ridiculous and embarrassing. The manage had to wait on me while she had to go outside and smoke and calm down. She’s confused to talk to anyone that way. But especially at her job. She just wasn’t helpful and I think was wanting a conflict.

This store has been a staple in my adult life, no complaints.
