You are always my reliable landscaping stones source, but today was awesome. In particular, shout out to Dave, who helped me load (without asking) and helped me scramble when some of my rocks got loose. I appreciate quick, efficient trips that deliver great value and great service!

Our kitchen designer, Anwyn, at Home Depot Columbus on Sawmill Road is awesome! She is professional, knows her resources, rolled with or changes and saved us a lot of money by entering us a Pro customer for our $20,000 cabinet order and installation. She won our trust immediately.

I had to go to Home Depot to get mulch. I was not looking forward to it, but I was in/out in <10 minutes. The cashier was super helpful and they had a large drive through cage set up where you could drive in and they put the mulch in your vehicle. It was fast and efficient and they employees were great!

What a pleasure to buy this Memorial weekend from your store! Jackie was so knowledgeable about the appliances we bought which made our decision so easy! Your prices where excellent and the 24 months same as cash was such a selling point. Thank you Home Depot

We went to a couple of places looking for a new refrigerator and was totally satisfied with the service and professionalism of our sales associate Furqan.

The salesperson was so helpful to me, being a non handy person. I was able to leave with 2 step ladders that suit my needs, after answering a few questions the person prompted. Great service!

They would not let me return $60 worth of stuff that was bough by my contractor that I did not have a receipt for. I was fine with store credit but they said no.

I worked with Haley in Customer Service and she was so helpful and kind. She made my experience so great. I hope to work with her again...she was so wonderful. Thanks Haley!!!

We had an air conditioning tech come to the house and while she was here, I discovered that I forgot to purchase a new air filter to replace the old one. I also needed lithium batteries for installation in our outside remote condensation unit. I hurried to the Sawmill location to purchase the necessary products and was assisted quickly and efficiently by team member Vijay. I returned in time to have the job completed by the tech and she was happy that she was not slowed down for the day. Nice job, Sawmill Team!

Liz in the Lighting Department is very knowledgeable about LED lamp products and which products are best for my application. She is also a very nice person and it reflects in her working with me as a customer.

We visited the Sawmill Road HD to purchase a washer and dryer. We originally were interested in the Maytag, but after seeing the GE Profile with more features for the exact same price, we decided on the GE. We were very pleased with this shopping experience for major appliances.

Jerry in freight was the biggest help! He walked me to what I needed, helped me replace items my children removed, & answered my questions. We checked if an item was available in-store online and the one they had was damaged which was disappointing. I was also disappointed with hidden paint fees at the checkout & learning veterans discounts are now limited & you need to use the app. Not the best trip, but if you are there look for Jerry because he made it a lot better.

I needed help in selecting a plumbing item. I got very good assistance and the product price was less than I expected. At checkout the cashier made a recommendation that added my shopping experience.

I purchased the wrong parts took it back after the return date I had recipe gave me store credit got what I needed thanks to customer service from employees great store I’ll go for everything

I needed to find a small item. Rubber stoppers. Eric helped me and took me personally to the aisle.

Products are about the same as other stores. It is the people that make the big difference.

We are renovating our house and ordering a lot of new faucets, sinks, bath tub, and other materials from Home Depot. I have returned some items for different colors or brands. Employees have been helpful and kind. The returns had a few mistakes but Home Depot helped solve them. Overall great experiences with Home Depot.

Just visited this location with my 9month old boy and was gonna do some shopping. The first item I put in my cart (Ryobi leaf vacuum) a worker pops out as if he were watching me and informa me I need to be escorted around if I'm gonna have an item over $100 in my cart. What kind of policy is this? I also noticed as I was being "escorted" to the cash register that no one else had a worker escorting them. I was wanting to shop around but not if I have to have someone follow me and my child around.

I did find the area I was looking for to have my keys made. The boy that made the keys smiled and was very helpful. The store was very clean.

It's nice to be able to easily buy what I'm looking for at any time, and the staff are friendly.

I have always enjoyed visiting The Home Depot and specifically the #3831 Dublin location. Liz in the Electrical Department is, indeed, a trusted resource and I trust that The Home Depot will honor her with this very positive feedback.

Steve in the garden department was very knowledgeable and helpful to me. Beth at the service desk was awesome! She went over and above to get me the best discount available. Beth was the nicest customer service person I have encountered in a long time. Excellent!!

Steve in grills was fabulous. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to meet my specifications for a grill. Was extremely impressed by him. Would definitely shop here again with helpful people like Steve.
