With the help of a few associates, my wife and I were able to find all items we needed with this visit. We use this store for all our seasonal needs.

I don't often get excited about going to the "man's mall" but this visit could have been the exception. With list in hand and clerks available to head me in the right direction, this was aan efficient and enjoyable shopping trip. Great job HD.

Even though my son and I stopped in the store on a busy weekend, the paint department associate was fantastic. This young lady offered to help and stayed with us through many questions, even when it was obvious we would only be buying samples. She took an honest interest in my son's project and offered information and advice that has been very helpful. My only regret is that I didn't write down her name and follow up with the store manager. Fantastic customer service!

We were at your store this past Saturday and worked with Tom at the Lumber department for a project. Tom was extremely helpful, courteous and patient. He gave us suggestions for the project, helped us pick the right kind of wood and cut them to size for us. He went out of his way to help novices like us and his help is greatly appreciated!

I really had never considered Home Depot for appliances, always choosing another mass marketer of appliances. I had decided that I wanted an Electrolux, after talking with repair technicians when my current washing machine failed, and Home Depot came up in my google search as offering Electrolux. I was so pleased to meet Drake, a knowledgeable and experienced "do-it-yourselfer". Also, Drake treated me with respect, honoring the fact that I was the purchaser, and not my male companion. The sale on the appliance was pretty good, around the same price that I had negotiated at the aforementioned "Mass Marketer", but the pedestal price was HALF of what the mass marketer offered, and the extended service warranty was only $150 for 5 YEARS! I decided that was well worth it for peace of mind! I also got FREE delivery, and am only being charged $15 to haul away my defunct old washer. I will definitely go to Home Depot first when my next appliance need come up!

Store associates pointed me right to where I needed to go. They were very efficient and knowledgeable in helping me to decide which products to purchase. There was even a cashier flagging me down to her empty aisle as I was approaching the check-out lane. I wish all of my experiences here went so smoothly!

In store to buy a dehumidifier, a product I rarely need. Met an associate in the main aisle and he told me the aisle location without even thinking much or breaking his pace of walk. Met another associate in the vicinity of the aisle location and interrupted him for a product question and he not only politely obliged but he also helped me load the product on my cart and gave me instruction on how to ask for help to load the product to my car. I was practically in-and-out-the store to get what I wanted. Good job, Home Depot Associates.

This store has a very nice garden center and associates have been helpful every time I have shopped there. Prices on garden commodities are always below competition. You can almost always find a sale on something you need for your yard or garden on sale and in stock.

Every associate I encountered asked if I needed help finding anything and went out their way to make sure I found what I was looking for .
