Some of the employees here at this store seem to be annoyed when asked a question. A few of them did t even know where a particular item was located.

I appreciate having this wonderful store in our area not far from home. We have been shopping at Home Depot for years and usually find what we are looking for.

I have been shopping at this store since it has been here. I have purchase lawnmowers, a table saw, chop saw, leaf blower and several other items. In my opinion, "It's the cat's meow".

Every time I have gone to this store, someone makes my day. The customer service is excellent and the employees are helpful and friendly. In today's world of on-line shopping, its good to know that you can still have personal service to assist with your purchase.

Store employees are generally great. Al in contractor services, cashiers Nancy and Sue, Mary Alice in kitchen layout, and John in paints all very nice, very helpful. However I must tell you that the quality of the cabinets I bought was very poor. The store brand cabinets, Hampton Bay, were flimsy, used particle board and two arrived damaged. Further, no one called to tell me they were in, (they assured me they would) and I waited an extra week or two before I called and found out that they were in. The store is generally clean, some isles were cluttered. They do have just about everything you need. I would recommend the store to anyone who needs building supplies and home goods but would absolutely not recommend the less expensive store brand cabinetry. Particle board and just not very good.

While the store itself was clean and the employees friendly enough, it took a really long time to receive my cash after returning an item. They did not have enough money in their drawer and had to take money from the "vault", which ended up taking them a good 20 minutes. I was offered to obtain merchandise totaling my return of $94.00......clearly I didn't want that or I would have said so! I felt pressured to take more goods instead of my money.

employees need to be more helpfully throughout the store and talk to co-workers about their personal lives

Always have the things I need in stock. Had a very pleasant shopping experience. Paint associate John and Zaneeba are very professional associate that I like to talk to about my shopping needs and very knowledgeable about paint. Also, Rj helped me with flooring and he was also very professional.

I always receive good service at this store, and I can usually find what I am shopping for. Of the three Home Depot stores in my area, I find this store to be the best of the bunch!

Associate Nikolas helpful. All of your stores have a problem with proper or no signage. Very frustrating!

The help employees are for the most part are only fair not very good.seem to busy doing their own thing.it is pretty bad when you have to get one employee to get another because one does not answer a call over the loud speaker.

You will always find kind, courteous employees, ready to help you in most anyway they can!!

I am always working on house projects. The employees are always knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes they will know a better and less expensive way of doing things. Very friendly.

THe store is always clean and the people are willing to help you with anything. Have even had customers help that have been helped by some of the employees and can recommend things when you are not sure which product to purchase. Makes it interesting to shop there.

I must've visited the store about 4 times throughout the day of may 21st,2017 and every time the staff were extremely friendly, courteous, easy to work with and knowledge was on point! Thank you for all you guys do and training your staff right !!!

Very busy store but the service was still great

do all your shopping at one store where you can find better and cheaper only at THE HOME DEPOT.

Staff were knowledgeable of the products I asked about. Despite the store being busy staff never made me feel rushed. I had a better understand of my project when I left then before I came into Home Depot.

The Pro desk team at Home Depot in Schenectady is amazing. It has fast and easy checkout (even with a high volume of large items) and the floor team helps me find things a busy renovator needs.

I particularly like the fact that many employees have been in the same areas of the same store for a long time, and are quite knowledgeable about the products in their special areas, e.g., paint department, plumbing department, electrical department, windows/doors department. The same people have been there for many years and are very helpful in making decisions and offering advice. Similar stores often move employees around to different departments that they do not have knowledge about. An exception to this, however, is in the large appliance department. Several times I have searched in this department for appliances, such as refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers. Many times I been confused by conflicting information from the website or an ad and what is in the store. Also, it is often hard to locate an employee who can help, and some even seem reluctant to help, and are no better informed about the products than I am. Several times I have wound up leaving and purchasing appliances at another store where the employees are more helpful. I would estimate that in the past ten years I have purchased at least $12,000 in appliances for myself and my children from a different store due to these problems.

John at your Paint section is Number #1, friendly, professional and extremely helpful with product knowledge. A great role model for your store. Bought lots of paint over the years and he AWAYS had a smile and "How can I help you". attitude. What a pleasure to do business here.

The staff and cashiers are very friendly at this store. I renovate vacant houses and they know me by name, and always help me find the tools and lumber I need to get the job done. Nancy is the world's friendliest cashier!
