I was so grateful for the assistance of Donna and Lucas. They went above and beyond for me. The cashier, Carlos, was extremely helpful in assisting me as well.

I said screw it so I bought some

I purchased an Anderson Patio Door from your Selden store this October . Your 3rd party vendor installed the door to less than a satisfactory level to my and other persons who have seen the install. To date all I get is the run around from both the local Selden store and the 3r party Home Depot installer. Please advise how I can get satisfaction.

F3. Check out lines for credit cards, one of them was broken, and the pro desk was pretty much shut down because of a problem some guy was having. So there were like six or seven people online for two checkouts by credit card, and one guy had about 50 electrical parts in his car so that took forever. Need to step it up and get some people out.

Home Depot is one of my favorite stores to shop or browse at.

The Selden store is ridiculous and it should be closed. No one seems to want to work there. The man working in the tool department was extremely pleasant but he was stoned and had no idea about anything. I also live by the store on pond path and I will say the employee Kelly M (think she is a manger) was extremely helpful and the one bright spot in your whole store. You should give her a raise as she has been the only employee I ever received great service from in all the home depots I visit.

My shopping experience was okay but I do not like that this store now has metal anti-bird spikes outside on the Home Depot sign. It's inhumane.

And a time when people often question the work ethic of younger people, Rafael and all of the employees at SELDEN Home Depot treat their customers like guests. They made our visit a pleasure.

I have been dealing with the Selden, NY store it first opened. It has come a VERY LONG way. Some of the staff I recognize being there 20 PLUS years

Went in for some nuts and bolts, that aisle is a mess. Cameron the employee that evening went above and beyond to help me, I just hope he gets recognized for being a great employee, you don’t see that ever anymore.

Been dealing in this store since it opened its doors over 30& years ago, and are there everyday, multiple times a day

I ORDERED MULTIPLE TIMES IN A BIG QUANTITY BUT EVERYTIME MY ORDER SPLITED AND DID NOT RECEIVE EVEN A COURTESY CALL THAT MY ORDER WILL NOT BE DELIVER ON TIME, I RATHER ORDER EVERYTHING ONLINE AND NOT IN THIS STORE

I visited this location for the first time and the staff were extremely helpful in advising on products and showing me their location. This is the first time I’ve been to a Home Depot and left a review. Their staff were just so friendly and helpful that I had to write about it!

This store is always clean, organized and the employees always seem accessible.

All of my experiences at Home Depot in Selden have been positive. They have great employees who have wonderful customer service skills. There’s so many that say “hello, how are you” and with a smile as you’re passing them by, they’re all very helpful and friendly. I think they’re doing a great job!

When I have an issue with something either Trever, Kevin at register, Bryan in tools, Barbara in paints n returns John in electrical Anita has alway been there for me when needed or even miss denise luck has even helped me out in certain situations which I do appreciate
