Always a great experience at this store, we drive an hour away to visit/shop. Friendly and helpful staff, never have to search for help or service. Very clean and welcoming from tge atmosphere to the knowledgeable staff. Been to many Home Depot stores, definitely my go to location. Thanks for everything your store and staff provide.

A huge shout out to the girl in paint! The brunette gal who went out of her way to go above an beyond for myself and others at the counter. Great job keeping that beautiful smile and happy attitude they should have more like her! I wish I remembered her name! I know I'll be there everytime she works and to make sure of it!

All and all it's an alright Home Depot. When you can find someone to help you, good luck in the afternoon, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. There are other local stores that I will frequent as well, but some things are cheaper at HD than elsewhere.

The salespeople and service desk people are incredibly polite and helpful!

I noticed right away people were helpful and friendly again and it was good to see, the old Home Depot is back

Great Selection, Good prices

A very helpful employee was able to help me fix a loose backrest on my Mobility scooter. The backrest was literally hanging by one remaining loose screw.

I went get materials today at the Sequim store and didn't quite know what adhesives I needed. An employee named Qelly found me and walked me through the store to help me find everything I needed.

I have shopped there many times & am retired lady who has found several very knowledgeable employees who have been very helpful to me!

He'll walk you through your decision- making process with impeccably well balanced professionalism and personability. His days vary but he always has the 8 am shift.

each time I have been to this location there seems to be no one on the floor that has knowledge of the products on the shelf , where they are or how to use them or an alternative to what I;m seeking ,(when you first opened it seems that at that time there were young and old guys that were always ready to answer your questions and take you right to the product or show you an alternative that was in stock

I bought some kitchen cabinets today and although I had to be bold with a few employees and ask for help, those that did help, went above and beyond and stopped what they were doing to help me. I am so grateful.

The staff are personable, friendly, and explain the process that they are performing with ease, and to my understanding. Returns, or exchanges are easy as pie! No hassle!

Found the item on the website (a battery operated inflator by RIDGID), which indicated the stock on hand, and the aisle and bin# where it was located in the store. When I got to the warehouse I was able to walk in, go to the location, retrieve the item, go to an empty checkout and leave - all within a few minutes

It's usually difficult to get help in this store. There are too few employees.

Even with a short staff and large customer volume I only had to wait a couple minutes for help in the deepwater section,then with Brett help found me the best deal on everything,even so far as to try tool section for a better batteryis deal,and getting me set up with David who processed my delivery order,and any who fixed snags in the system which could have cost me much more money,Thank you to all

My experience purchasing a washing machine was easy and very professional. Nancy went out of her way to give me the best deal. I was pleased that there hours of being open late in the evening was great. I will purchase my future appliances from home depo in Sequim Washington.

I am 61 years old, a woman, and love doing home improvement projects my whole life. I have experience going into lots of home improvement stores. I recently moved to Sequim and not only have I been impressed with the friendliness of all of Washingtonians, this Home Depot has proven to be the best in customer service too. There is always room for improvement in customer service in all businesses, and this store helped me more than any other, ever! I truly was so happy that so many stopped to help me as I was searching for several items (on several different occasions). They have the best people, all the way through the Self Check Out line!
