Do not count on their delivery service. Even though they text, and email that your product in on its way and you need to be available between 6am and 8pm, be amazed if they show up. My delivery arrived two days later with no notification of a delay from Home Depot. When I called the day after the promised delivery date, Customer Service (?) told me that it was scheduled for the next day, regardless of what the clerk told me when I placed the order or the text and email they sent me. This blunder on Home Depot really fouled up schedules and plans for our group.

Always a pleasant experience at our store here in sequim,personel are polite and always very helpful even when they are way overwhelmed with customers,the new pocket item lookup is a huge help when that happens,even had an employee is helping 2 or 3 other customers ,,but please,,stop putting things where I can see them and drool,lol

As usual, the store was busy and some of the aisles were blocked or inaccessible due to employee or customer carts & mobile equipment. The on-line inventory showed many more of the item that I came for than was actually in stock, again this is a common issue, and the more expensive the item the more likely the on-line and actual inventory will not agree. I go to HD about 1-2 times a month for items that aren't generally available elsewhere. As a positive note, the on-line locator is almost always accurate which does save me time.

The store has good prices, but it's hard to find a salesperson and rarely do the ones walking past ask if I need help. I see many employees chatting with each other and walking down the aisle but not paying any attention to the customers. The design group is always busy with a customer every time I have a question, which results in me going to a smaller, more accessable store for a remodel estimate or product question of the displays in the design area. A telephone call will take a long time to get answered by any department, and usually 3 calls are needed to even reach a person, or the right department. Many employees have less knowledge of the products than I do. If there has been any training in cust relations or sales, it is not evident here.
