All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful

As I approached salesperson, he was on his feet. He greated me asked what he could do for me. He then took my custom winndows order in a professional fashion. In a brief conversation I came to realize he had been heading to dinner. What a professional representative and great attitude.

I am a new resident to Sequim. At my previous location in CA I have authorized purchases in excess of $2,000,000 at 3 Home Depot stores. The Sequim store is simply the best staffed & managed HD I have worked with. The staff are truly knowledgeable and honestly eager to help. Every single team member I have encountered gives the impression they are honestly enthusiastic regarding their work.

The "Fathers Day" sale had fine print that was not understood by sales staff. I was pressured by the cashier to not attempt to make a change - the lines at the cash register were long. All I can say is READ THE SMALL PRINT. Nobody at the store will help you understand this.

Not enough qualified staff to support SHOPPERS. Put your Management heads together at the next meeting and figure out how you can solve this.

The new rule is that employees must "greet" the customer when the come to the store. Just STOP IT! I come in and want 3 5/8 bolts, someone yells at me and I leave with 5 3/8 bolts. I don't need fake friendly people, I just need people who know the merchandise and don't run away and hide as soon as they see a customer.

Consistent lies about delivery dates and availability. They tell you the soonest possible day of delivery will be a day or two.. get the items paid for, then they send an email 3 days later for “delivery rescheduling”.. FOR TWO WEEKS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE!! I have spent thousands at this store in Sequim. Now the locally owned lumberyards will get my business. Extremely poor management and no employees with any drive or pride… but what should one expect with big box stores…

I only shop here because it's too long to get to Silverdale, it's the only reason I shop at HD, when they get their head out of the sand and at least don't support those folks, I'm happy to support

I've lived here for 4 years now and my family and I love shopping at this store. We have had a large order delivered over the past few days and everything arrived as it should and on time. The customer service is amazing and there is always some one available and ready to lend advise or help with any request. The employees are fabulous and it definitely makes our shopping experience so much more enjoyable with friendly, happy and helpful people who enjoy their job.

Love this store and its employees. However... 1.) I hate that there is no adequate cellular or WiFi coverage in the store. The Home Depot app is very useful for locating items, yet it is useless without a connection. Phone service is also important so I can call back to the job site. Please consider adding BOTH a 5G booster and multiple WiFi access points to this store. 2.) I complained years ago about the rough surface of the parking lot. EVERYTHING shakes and falls off your cart as you push it to your car. Please repave the parking lot to be smoother!

I bought 4, 4x4 galvanized adjustable post holders that each cost $26. I was surprised by the increased price from last year but assumed that this was due to the tariff situation. I then went to Angeles Millwork here in Port Angeles and found the same galvanized, adjustable 4x4 post holders at a price of $9.45. I've bought them and of course will return the ones I got from HD. Knowing that clients will assume the price hike is due to the tariffs allows HD to be confident that the purchase will still be made. I think it's terrible that this kind of price gauging is taking place and will certainly reconsider purchasing anything else from the store. This has left a very bad impression.

Crystal was the most helpful and happy go lucky cashier i've encountered at Home Depot. She definitely deserves a huge shoutout and a raise!

The employees did a fine job, but the item was bent to the point the lid didn’t close. Inside the packaging I couldn’t tell until we drove home(40 miles round trip). So now I have to load it and do the trip again, when they have another chest freezer as we got the last one. Very disappointed, the lid won’t close properly and has to be manipulated to work.

I had a fairly large order of concrete blocks that I made from the HD website for pick up. When I came to the Service Desk the lady was right on it. The order was correct and ready. I'm a handicapped Senior (like WAY senior) and needed help in loading. The lady wasted no time in getting one of your staff to come and load my truck for me. It was most appreciated and I commend the staff for their great service.

Service from employee OLIVIA was very focused on me and my needs. Answered all my questions and included another employee when she didn’t have an answer.

I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for quickly, but if not, a kind employee is always available to help. I've even been helped by an employee as he was on his way out after his shift and just happened to walk by me, looking confused while trying to decide between several product options.

Always a positive experience at this store

Just wanted to give a shout out to Olivia. She always displays outstanding customer service, has a positive attitude, and is the most helpful associate I've met at the Sequim location.

After a while of going back and forth to get our flooring questions answered, we finally met Ross who walked us through everything and was so quick about getting us all (the many) flooring quotes we asked for and making the experience so seamless. Other employees at the 1800 number and in stores kept saying home depot could not put wood on our stairs. Ross went out of his way to figure out what was going on and made it happen! (We literally spoke with maybe 3 other employees that told us it was not possible, that we would have to get the vinyl wood or carpet on our stairs and we really wanted it to match the rest of our hardwood. Thanks again, Ross! We will be reaching out down the road when we are ready to do the rest of our home!

We needed to return small items that weren't needed and the return process was very easy and the service that was provided was expedient and friendly. The staff are very welcoming and always helpful going out of their way to help locate items and personable. We love Sequim Home Depot!

I had to ask three different employees the same question before someone knew the correct aisle for my item. I have spent thousands here in the past, but now only come here when I have to. Go to an independent store instead.

I have shopped at Home Depot stores all over the country. I am happy to say that the best one I have ever frequented is now my home store! SEQUIM, Washington may not have the largest or fanciest facility that I have been to, but the store is operated by the best group of human beings ever assembled for such a purpose. They enjoy working there and it is apparent. Keep it up, SEQUIM!

They exchanged my new but faulty generator no questions asked with a new but good one of the same exact make and model. A very trouble free and stress free experience. Thanks Home Depot! 👍

I bit the bullet and made several purchases for my kitchen! The greatest part of the purchase was discussing all pros and cons about several appliances with Paul. He was patient and honest since I had done previous research. He also persuaded me to get the 5-year warranty on all items. I am very happy with all of my purchases and delivery and installl was perfect.

I went to Sequim Home Depot to get pleated window shades for my new home. I was helped by an employee on the floor so wonderfully. It was a great interaction... from advice on style, to measuring and cutting. Real help from a real human.

Although we haven’t received our new LG refrigerator, our three visits in search of the perfect unit to fit in our home was very positive. We didn’t have to search out an associate to answer our questions.

Troy the associate that helped us was very helpful in new all the helpful hints warranty and returns We are excited to use the new Samsung we purchased in Sequim.

We are fortunate to have a HD in our small town. Reasonable prices, great selection of products, friendly and helpful staff.
