All my questions were answered professionally. Bought laminate flooring.

I had trouble finding the quarter round needed for my flooring project. The salesperson went out of her way to help me. Very pleased with the service I received.

Hands Down the BEST hardware store to shop at whatever your needs may be. They always have the best stock. The store is organized. The employees are helpful and go out of their way to make sure you find what you need. If they don't have it they can get it and usually do that in the same day. I have never been disappointed yet! Home Depot Rocks !

This store is very clean, organized and the aisles are kept wide with no crazy debris to hamper my cart. The staff is very knowledgeable and If one of them doesn't know the answer to my question, he/she will find someone who does. I appreciate it that they don't try to "wing it" , but instead making sure I either find the item I need or provide the expert information I need for my project. At this Home Depot, I have never had any staff member be anything but courteous and helpful.

Your associate Marjorie, in Window Treatment was an extremely helpful and pleasant associate. We bought several custom bllnds that had to be ordered and some blinds in stock We appreciate her patience and knowledge in this department. We are not accustomed to having such wonderful assistance anywhere else we have been. We will definitely use the Home Depot in Sevierville for any purchases that can be made there. You are extremely lucky to have such a caring person working for you.

Its nice to be greeted each time you enter the store and there is always someone there when you need help.

I am relocating to the area and needed to set up a "will call" for a contractor to pick up some items. The professional courtesy and overall service was outstanding. The whole process took less than ten minutes. Easy transaction!

The store has a good layout and is very clean. Some times its hard to find an associate. They are helpful and friendly. It would be nice if there was a paging system in the different areas. So you can push a button to say 'customer needs assistance in the electrical department. That way we don't have to walk around or go up to the front desk to ask for help.

I use this HD store a lot and it's one of the best in terms of the staff. Folks there are helpful and I always get a discount applied for being a Disabled Vet. The cashiers will always thank me for my service when they see my VA card.

This HD always has sufficient number of associates on the floor, and they are always looking to help a shopper like me who reads a lot of the labels before I make a buying decision. Invariably, while I'm reading, and associate will approach me and ask if I need assistance. Many times the associate can relate some personal/actual experience with the products.

I have been coming to this store for almost 5 years now and I can honestly say I have never had an unpleasant experience. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. As I walk through the store the associates I meet always ask me if I need help and are very courteous.

everyone was very friendly and helpful ,store was very clean and organized found the washing machine very quickly look at them all then ask the sales person about it and he said it was out of stock , ask about another he said it was out to he said the only one he had was the amana for $338 the others would take a week to get , we needed one now so we took the amana not the one we wanted ,

PURCHASED 40 BAGS OF MULCH AND REQUESTED ASSISTANCE TO GET THE MULCH AND LOAD IT ONTO OUR TRAILER. ONE HOUR LATER AFTER REPEATED CALLS BY THE CASHIER REQUESTING LOADING ASSISTANCE AN ASSOCIATE IN A WHEEL CHAIR SHOWED UP TO HELP. I DID NOT WISH TO HAVE HIM HURT HIMSELF FURTHER SO I, A 74 YEAR OLD PERSON, USED CARTS TO PICK UP THE MULCH, MOVE IT OUTSIDE THE STORE AND LOADED IT ON TO OUR TRAILER. CASHIER SAID THAT THE STORE WAS SHORT HANDED AND THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO HIRE ADDITIONAL STAFF.

I asked a cashier to send me help with the lawn mowers. The young man, dark haired and tall, came to help. Before he got to my husband I explained that I needed extra help because my husband was 71 and quite confused about things he used to know a lot about. The young man was excellent. He had recently, he explained, attended a conference about the lawn mower and was able give us excellent information. He was patient. It was a blessing for me. I later called to see if the mower could be assembled and delivered. The woman I spoke with explained exactly what would happen. She was professional and helpful. This experience was unusual because I felt as though I was not alone and overwhelmed. And I am thankful and will return to buy the mower. God bless these people.
