Very happy with my purchases and even happier with the excellent service I received from Jeff in the Door and Window Department. I will definitely be returning for more of our home improvement projects.

It's a little out of my way to drive there but the employees make up the driving distance. I was greeted and assisted as soon as I walked in the store and they went out of there way to make sure I was pleased with my items before purchasing. All of them are extremely nice and extremely helpful and I will be a repeat customer.

So glad there is a place where people really care if you spend your money there.

If you are looking for the best descriptions of appliances to compare, I found the Home Depot site to be much better than Best Buy or Lowes.

The employees for the most part are extremely friendly and helpful. They were willing to go the extra mile except for the one employee that is the one that loaded our car. The gentleman in the nursery was very helpful with the plants, the cashier was more than helpful and was kind enough apologize for the wait.

This is a can do outfit!

People and material were ok but the computer program used for check out and refunds is a disaster. It took me well over 1/2 hour to correct an overcharge. Something like this happens each time I shop there.

I am new to the area, having just relocated from Pennsylvania. Everyone I have dealt with at this Home Depot store has been super-friendly and helpful. When needing help finding something, they take you to it, rather than pointing you to it.

Great place to shop--Very helpful staff. The staff helped cut wood and found the proper hardware for a bridge lost in a storm.

Visited the Shallotte, NC, store on 10/15/16. Shopped in multiple departments. Employees in every department I visited went out of their way to ask if I needed help and then help me. Because there was a line at the regular checkout, the self-checkout person took me and rang up my entire order herself. They also helped my load my truck and secure my purchases in the truck (which included paint, plants, pumpkins, shoe molding and a 65-gallon trash can). Every person I encountered in that store was just amazing!

EVERYTHING IN THE STORE WAS NEAT AND WELL ORGANIZED, THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND THE ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL.

I frequent this store often. On a few occasions i had a problem with a project and needed help. An employee in the electrical department helped me most recently. Another time i was looking for a thermostat for my heat pump. The store employee on that occasion showed me the selection of thermostats and explained the pros and cons of each. This information is always helpful and appreciated.

I had a problem with a Ryobi trimmer and had issues with the Ryobi warranty department..went to the store and had an amazing experience! Kristin,Gail,Jill,Cathy F.,and Cathy M. went above and beyond call of duty to resolve the problem!
