Every time I go into this store there are always people offering to lend a helping hand, and are so nice! I definitely recommend this location!

We had two coupons for just moving. We have spent thousands renovating our new home here. The people have all been friendly and helpful. Steve, Scott, paint people, garden people, front check out. We are very thankful for this home depot.

I typically visit the Shallotte NC Home Depot a few times a week while I'm renovating my house. This store always has the products I need and helpful associates with product knowledge who always offer multiple options to meet my needs. Both the selection and pricing are always reasonable at the Shallotte Home Depot. I highly recommend this store to my friends and neighbors.

I like this paint dept. Kathleen and the others are always willing to help out I have shopped here many times. Flooring dept is very good as well.

We bought a refrigerator, washer, and dryer at the Shallotte, NC Home Depot. Our salesperson, Stephanie, was a delight to work with. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. She made us feel at ease as we were in a time crunch to get the appliances for our new house. We will return to the Shallotte store for any other needs we have as we move, and to say "Hi" to Stephanie!

Always find what I need from garden to home repairs

Bought an upright freezer and the service from start to finish was excellent. From them finding a unit, loading it on a palate, getting us through check out and helping us load it in our car. Very happy with our product, pricing and return policy. Thank you!

Great customer service helpful when I needed it

Home Depot has plenty of parking and easy access. Customer service is very friendly and their employees go either way to help you. Sally and Roger didn’t outstanding job making sure I was taken care of. Customer service desk was very helpful and seemed to really care about my knees.

This is my go to store for garden center items. I have moved into a new condo and needed flowers and mulch. All items were in stock and mulch was on sale. There are always enough sales associates to answer your questions and help find merchandise.

One of the best Home Depot store that I have ever used

We are in HD every weekend. The staff are always helpful and they greet you walking in, I love that you are notices.

The Home Depot in Shallotte has one of the nicest garden departments. It's full of a large variety of plants at fairly reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. Best place in Shallotte to buy plants!

The aisle staff placed the wrong boxed items onto cart, a day of contract labor and plumbing labor was paid for idle contractors after it took Home Depot a day to correct their error!

I love shopping here except the fact that the loading zone is always filled with vehicles of the people shopping. It’s very difficult to use it for loading and unloading.

This store is a pleasure to shop in. I've been back twice in two weeks to take advantage of the Ridgid Tools Promotion- 18V battery pack with the 18V leaf blower and the same 18V battery pack with an 18V grinder.

Ed the sales associate in appliances makes your store such a great place to do business with . He took the time to go over with us each and every option available to us for our purchase of a over the range microwave convection and what made those options better or worse orrrr work or not . I was in need of a drilled to complete a project or two to secure a decking board I stopped at home Depot and the sales associate she was very understanding and we discussed different drills and she took me over to find the proper screw thing now and I put two screws in my deck and board very happy with the visit
