The parking lot of the ENTIRE shopping center is always a MESS and full of trash blowing around. This is disgusting and the landlord needs to address it. Other centers in the area are beautifully landscaped and kept clean this one is a dump.

The staff is wonderful. Will help you find your item or check to see if item can be ordered.

Riverhead and Shirley, what a disaster

I came into store yesterday was greeted by lovely employees and staff was nice everything I needed was in stock.

As I always do I went to pick up material and realized its been weeks since construction in the parking lot ended, asked an associate about it he told me closed for good you cant park there any more find a manager and complain if you like me will be standing in the rain loading your material next to a place that provided me shelter for years

We had a online order issue and Jenny helped us resolve the issue and was pleasant to work with.

The Home Depot experience can vary depending on what I need how what’s going on around me. My past few visits to this location I’ve noticed associates have been more engaged. I have received excellent customer service from Nichole at the registers on multiple occasions. She was friendly and made check out fast and simple. I even watched her interact with other customers and they seemed to appreciate her knowledge of the store and products.

All of the employees are super helpful and get the job done.

I am disgusted that home depot does not recognize the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary as military service. All of the thousands of hours of time I have of service but yet I'm not recognized..

I went in to just get 4 cycle fuel but I later returned to get flowers as they had a nice display. Store is very clean and for the most part everyone working there is friendly

There are several employess at the Shirley store that wil always go the extra mile for me. Jennifer, previoysly at Pro Desk, Alexi at Pro Desk, and Allison in customer service. These three have made it possible to work with Home Depot and satisfy ALL of my customers. Thank you!

My wife and I have made so many visits here that the associates have become familiar. We kid around about it being our "date spot". We have always been treated well and the staff is friendly.

I came into the store last night to try and get a propane tank and I went on line in customer service to buy one. A guy cut the line from the exit and I already had been waiting for ten minutes and Mark A. decided to take the random customer instead of me. I had said I was next 5 times and even went over to the associate and said I was next and was completely ignored by both the customer and Mark A. I work in retail and what he showed was poor customer service and was completely unacceptable. The cashier Victoria was more helpful than Mark A. Most likely not coming here again. Mark A. needs to be talked about brushing up on his customer service

We were helped throughout our whole experience! We were helped in the paint department, shelving department and during checkout! Paul was the one who ensured we left satisfied at the end of our visit. We will definitely be back!!!

This place has an excellent session are very helpful making it a very pleasant experience going out for supplies which I commonly do I have no complaints about this particular location and know many of the employees they are very friendly and helpful
