Friendly staff and convinient

Shirley NY location: Wed 7/20/2022 1st Stephon had such a lovely smile on his face. Very approachable. 2nd Sean helped me find the piece of wood I needed for a very odd project. 3rd AL custom cut the board to what I needed. I felt like I won the lottery I was taken care of so well.

Everyone is always friendly and looking to help. When I go in the store and I am not sure what item I need for a project they are always able to help. Perfect store for customers who are not afraid to do things themselves, but may need more guidance then youtube.

I recently bought a range- including delivery, a hookup, and haul away. There was a problem with the connection in my home. I needed new cord and an outlet in my home. I wasn’t able to have our range hauled away. HD was great about returning the cost of unneeded parts and service. Very happy about this. The range is in now- looks great too!

WENT TO THE BELLPORT HOME DEPOT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LIKE IF I WAS BURDEN. SO I LEFT AND WENT TO THE WILLIAM FLOYD HOME DEPOT AND IT WAS LIKE I WAS ONE OF THE FAMILY. I ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE AND THEY TOOK GET THE WHERE THE PRODUCT WAS LOCATED. IF THEY DID NOT KNOW WHERE OR A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ASKED A CO-WORKER AND I WAS ESCORTED TO THE ISLE OF SAID PRODUCT THAT I NEEDED FOR MY SMALL PROJECT. GREAT JOB AND THANK YOU

I often go to Coram and Selden Home Depot stores and it's virtually impossible to find someone to help you. Steve and Rebecca at the Shirley store were AMAZING. Customer service should always be this fabulous!

Purchased electrical covers

Who knew that in addition to renting tools, trucks and so many other items you could ask for help cutting a pipe! Thank you Rich from the tool rental center for helping me today. I have always found the employees at the Shirley store helpful and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate how they go out of their way to help. Thank you for being so kind.

I step in Shirley Home Depot, every assistant was kind and offer help with their products. By the cashier assistance help me with payment. So it was good experience.

I come at the stores like 4 times at week, and I just go for one thing and I bring more then I expect. I'm happy go to home depot because is the best place that make me happy and I loved.

Kim went above and beyond to help us find the appliances that were best for us. She was able to fix a couple of errors that had happened to us from previous experiences. She spent so much time and made us feel comfortable and secure with our purchase! We will definitely be back and looking for her because of her commitment and dedication!

Muffin Zmuda is an amazing manager, she is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It would be nice if other home depot's could have at least a Manager as efficient as she is.

The Home Depot staff was sincerely friendly and helpful. I was impressed that they offered assistance and randomly said "hello" throughout the store. It made for a positive experience while shopping.

This Homedepot usually has great customer service but today it was absolutely horrible. We had to wait 25 mins for an associate to come outside and unlock a grill and the store wasnt even really busy. Hopefully it was just a one time fail

I have been shopping at this location for years I find the store associates to be very friendly. when I need any help there is always an associate willing to give me a hand.
