The store was clean I found everything I was needed. I am very happy about shopping in this store I will come back again whenever I need something

I guess that i have to write about how good this store is. It is a waste of time. All the customer has to do go there and they will find out that this Home Depot is the best there is. That is all i have to say.

TODAY STORE WAS STOCKED WAITED 4 DAYS TO GET ROTO BITS.I OWEN A DTYWALL BUSINESS AND USE THEM ALOT.BOUGHT 4 BOXES.HOPE THE LAST TWO IS NOT ALL THE HAVE FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS

THE STORE DID NOT HAVE ANY 3 FOOT LADDERS IN STOCK. AND THE SELF CHECK OUT REGISTER WAS SLOW IN REGISTERING THE SCANNED ITEMS AND DUPLICATED AN ITEM ON ITS OWN... THEN I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE ASSOCIATE TO FINISH WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER FOR A LITTLE WHILE BEFORE I COULD PROCESS. AS YOUR SELF CHECK OUT DOES NOT HAVE A VOID OPTION AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE THE VISIT WAS VERY PLEASANT. THE MISHAPS WILL NOT DETER ME FROM GOING BACK TO THE STORE.

I was very happy with the service at the paint desk. The young man who served me was courteous and friendly.

store was well stocked and check out was fast as enough cashiers were working

lumber dept. is a mess .things in wrong bins.prices missing.lack of product.unusable product fill the bins.you can not buy any decent molding or lumber or decking.

Handy homeowners rely on businesses like this to make their home projects easier. I find that there is always someone to help me no matter what department I am in. When I have a question about one product versus another, I can easily get a second opinion. The seasonal section can be a little congested, but it is to be expected especially on a holiday weekend.

The store was clean but sales associate was not helpful with the paint I needed and cashier was very unfriendly and non receptive. He basically rang and pointed at the sign out screen and then threw the receipt into my hand. Very unprofessional.

Very knowledgable staff both in the plumbing department (we were buying sprinklers/sprinkler supplies) as well as garden department (buying various shrubs and plants). PLUMBING: Able to understand what was needed and point us directly to where these items were located. GARDEN: Explained why barberry shrubs not available (NYDA deemed them invasive so not sold in NY) and offered good alternatives.

We recently moved to the area and find the Shirley Home Depot a God sent. The associates are very knowledgeable and eager to help.

STAFF OF THIS STORE VERY HELPFUL TO FIND THINGS YOUR LOOKING FOR. STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN.

I came in looking for a few items to fix my car. It took a few minutes to find an associate to help me but the associate who helped me , a spanish female, was extremely and friendly knowledgeable. I am sorry i didnt get her name. I would recommend this store just because of her.

Every time I go to the Shirley Home Depot I have received excellent customer service. Jim, in Tools and Rentals, is one of these outstanding employees. I don’t know who does the hiring for Home Depot, but they have chosen well!

This location has exceptional, helpful employees. They are knowledgeable and efficient.

I have been frequenting this store for years, the sales associates are aloof and seem disinterested in providing assistance. Overall I would not go to this store but its location makes it a first try, unfortunately due to lack of items I usually trek to another location for what I need. This store is pitiful.
