The store was very clean and they did not have any of the aisles blocked. We are re-modeling our bath and the associate was very helpful in lining everything up. She was very polite and professional.

other than wait time at checkout it was good.Wouldn't hesitate to return.

I walked in the store an associate was there to help. Got the item and the clerk was there to see us out.Quick and fast service.

Home Depot is my family's favorite store for home renovation and repairs. The store,on,Northshore Blvd Airport Road is great. When I am searching for a particular product and it's obvious I might be looking in the wrong department, th associate in,that department will ask if I need help, and will direct me to the correct department. Usually they will walk with me to,that department and introduce me to,the associate working in the department that has the product I am looking for. Always had great experiences from the guys who work in plumbing and paint. A few months back I was repairing the plumbing to my mother-in-laws claw foot tub. The guys in plumbing had me the parts I needed and out the door in no time. Thanks again, HD.

This store was quite clean and tools where very easy to find. I would be very likely to recommend this to others!

I love going to this store 90% of the time. Lately when I sign up for workshops and "Do it Herself" workshops they have be less than what they were when Sherill was teaching them. (We usually had from 10 to 20 people at the classes then) I am hoping that perhaps I can help get them back up to what they were. Kim, Patrice and Manager Mike did a fairly good job after almost an hour of waiting on what no one knew was to take place. (April 16 2015) I had printed out my registration for the workshop and brought it with me, that is what helped them know a workshop was to take place unfortunately what was supposed to be taught is not what they did. (I am a Home Depot Garden Club Member and get e-mails and go on line several times a week.) Eventually a workshop started for two participants. We were not taught right on screwing in to wood before drilling first to prevent splitting so of course the wood split and the screws were not long enough and mine came out. The wood should have been sanded to look better and prevent splinters in hands and fingers. I did have a nice time and brought a product home to finish but I was very disappointed with the process. Nothing was set up on time, usually there is a table of snacks which was not available this time, usually the teachers know what is going on. This time we were supposed to make a paver planter box but instead we made a wooden wall hanging small planter box kind of thing made of fence boards which was somewhat tacky. After I thoroughly sand mine I will us it as a house number hanging sign. As I stated earlier, I usually love going to this store. I did talk with the Manager, Mike about my concerns and upset and he was very patient and helpful.. Thank you.

The products were easy to find. I was impressed by how many people asked me if I needed any help. Offered assistance is truly hard to come by! Keep up the good work!

Every time I go to this location, the associates are extremely helpful. It's nice to go to a store that still allows employees to help out customers. So many retail stores are cutting back to the point that customer service is minimal or nonexistent. I want to shop here because of the people who work here! Particular shout out to Stephanie and Luann, two team members who are awesome!

This store was very clean and everything is easy to find

I live in Mississippi, but I drive to Northshore to shop at this Home Depot. Everyone working there seems to care about the customer and will go out of their way to help you. Whether it is the tile department, the garden center or returns, everyone is so kind and helpful. Since these large box stores have cut the hours of their employees due to Obamacare, it is rare to find employees who "care". I don't know what motivates these employees, but they really make this store worth driving to.

Home Depot on Airport Rd. in Slidell is one of my favorite places to shop. I have my own Home Depot card. My husband hates it when I go because he know I have a new project I am planning. This summer I would like to repaint. I am getting ready for my spring/summer vegetable garden. I would like a couple new ceiling fans and a new light fixture and some crown molding. We are wishing for a fence, but not sure when that will be possible. I have always had a good experience in the store with a friendly face helping me when needed.
