HAVE MADE SEVERAL PURCHASES AT HOME DEPOT IN SMYRNA THIS YEAR. THEY HAVE ALWAYS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND IN SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Had to check out at service desk since I was having them hold a large item to pick up later. Not only did she hold it for me, she had it delivered to my house the following morning before 7am at no extra charge! Amazing customer service!

While it took multiple trips to accomplish my goal it worked out in the end .

I wish all associate’s would go that extra mile to help a customer like the 2 lady’s did for me instead of telling you where to go they went and got it for me and so friendly.

I stopped in to have a new cord installed on my circular saw. I was able to buy the cord but because of a change in policy had to go elsewhere for servicing. I’ve been happy with Home Depot’s work in the past so I was disappointed. All worked out well.

As a service plumber I find myself waiting at prodesks all over middle Tennessee. That being said it really takes a stand out service for me to leave a review and Victoria that stand out employee. I've never seen an associate manage multiple orders as smooth and correctly as she does. Her fast service, attention to detail, knowledge and willingness to help, and her personable interactions truly make her shine as a valuable asset to the homedepot family. This girl deserves praise and a raise.

Super Great experiences had with the Smyrna store#0776, other stores doesn’t have that great team was helping me to get my order togethers, (Mary Lee, Chris, Lee, Diana, Christena) they worked hard with a great smile in their face just to make sure they delivering flawless service, and a great customer service, so they can fix the Murfreesboro store issues I had, I really appreciate all what they did to resolve the issues other store did,Smyrna store team is the best, I made a big order for a huge fence and some concrete project for my house, that team with the names I provided above they went above and beyond to make sure my order gets fixed, They didn’t care about how much time and effort they spent to help me, their first target was making me happy and satisfied with the service, I really appreciate what they did for me, And I wish we have the same team in every single Home Depot store.

For years as well as all projects we have worked on Home Depot has always had the stuff that we needed. Anything from wall fixtures. Light fixture. Painting prodects. Appliances. Blinds. Bulbs the list just goes on. THANKS home Depot..

We shop here pretty frequently and Lillian always takes care of us in the most friendly way possible and gets us out the fore as soon as possible! Highly recommend this Home Depot!

handicap parking one side of the front check out on the other side at the front so if ur handicap your gonna have to walk no easy in and out

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service throughout the store. In this day and age where customer service seems to be lacking everywhere, this particular Home Depot was exceptional. I was so impressed I asked for the names of two individuals who were particularly helpful so I could contact the store manager to let them know.

I was looking for a very hard to find Halloween decoration. None of the Home Depot’s had it. They happened to have two here. The employee I worked with was amazing and went above and beyond to help me find it. So grateful! Best service!

The Smyrna TN store is one of the cleanest and organized stores I’ve visited.

Great customer service as always. At this location, I’d like to recognize Paris, Marybeth, and Melissa. They were very helpful, personal and all had very warm smiles. They took the time to actually assist me instead of directing me to a location in the store.
