No one could help me with finding a wood entry door for my home. Mr. Kyle Hall found me wandering in the door department and immediately found the door I wanted in about 1 minute. He is so polite, friendly, knowledgeable and has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! Employees can take lessons in customer service from this young man!!! I shop here all the time . I also shop at Home Depot in another state . I wish my home Depot in Florida was like this one .

Paint associate was attentive. Mixed my request while I shopped for other items.

The service in the paint department was amazing! My husband and I recently purchased our first home, and we're newbies to the whole painting scene. The associates were incredibly patient with us. They took their time to explain the answers to all of our questions in a friendly manner. They were able to mix four paint samples for my husband and me even though one of two of their paint mixing machines was offline. We will definitely be returning to this Home Depot to visit the associates in the paint department in the future!

The purchase of the carpet was informative and a good use of our time.

There is always someone around to help. Employees are knowledgeable. Cashiers are friendly.

Sherwin was great, and knowledgeable. The warehouse driver that was supposed to deliver my products was not professional and I got a call only 10 minutes before they arrived. 4-9 window on a Friday night. I was not home and the driver left. This store tells me I now have to wait a week and a day later....not goo d.

had everything i needed to do my home improvement job

This was my only visit in which an employee didn't go above and beyond to help me find a product that was not in the aisle but in the store according to their computer inventory. I live closer to the Hwy. 78 location but prefer this one because of the availability of items and store associates.

When ever I need help with a project employee's are very knowledgeable and give me good ideals.

I went to buy a product that showing online that you can get it in homedepot , but unfortunely you do not have it , instead I bought the other trade mark .

The store was great. It had a lot to offer. I will return to this store.

Pleasant associates, just need more. My husband is a 93 yr old WWII veteran and we appreciate the 10% given for his service. I wish, however, that a spouse card could be given to us wives when our husbands are unable to join us in our purchase. My husband is not always up to shopping.

I needed a small amount of paint and forgot my empties to help get new ones BUT remembered half the names for each and the guys at the paint counter were helpful and found the right ones for me!!

hard to get help around the pine straw trailer and when they did come to help they are telling me to stand away from the trailer because its dangerous then ask me about the pine straw I purchased(how many)but instead of going into the trailer to get the staw,both young men asked another costumer how many they purchase and did not get what we ask for and we have been waiting awhile,and why does it take two to grab one pine straw.never coming back here,the hd on Lawrenceville hwy is very very very good
