Helpful staff and clean store

They always have what I'm looking for from carpet to lumber to plants. The guys on the floor always know where to direct me and are very helpful. The cashiers are nice and helpful too. I like shopping here.

Easy to navigate store!

Faster service than many other HDs or Lowe's stores, well-organized, relatively clean. Helpful staff makes a big difference, especially Jose in Lumber. Most of the cashiers are knowledgeable and have a good attitude. Outside garden area has good selection but could use a bit more organization. Overall, have good experiences here.

Product itself was fine - HD had 2 different sizes listed online that were actually the same sink . Held up construction waiting, returning & reordering. The associates that helped me in-store where aware that there was a problem but hadn't resolved it.

Barbara helped me find what I needed fast with a smile!

The associates at this location were very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to help us out. A Special thanks to John at the Costumer Service desk and Paul out in the floor for all your help!oh and to the guy manager too,because he did everything he could to help us with our little problem :) You guys have the best customer service I've ever experienced!

Great store for contractors, The store is so well organized and has great knowledgeable staff and seems to be overstaffed with the amount of service that is offered. This Home Depot has made it very easy for local contractors to get in and out with their materials on a daily basis. I appreciate everybody at the Pro-desk upper management for hiring great young employees. To include Courtney the millwakee representative....

Necessary to return product. The employee was helpful and friendly and and able to assist me.

The people are helpful, I usually find everything I was looking for and something I didn't know I needed for my projects.

Best Home depot and Everything You need is There. The Staff take an active immediate interest in assiating an entering customer.

After 2 trips back and forth to Soquel, CA store dragging an extremely heavy shower kit, which this time exchanged even after 5 months & which had shattered into a million jagged pieces this morning, this store's employees went so completely above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they waive the delivery charge but delivered the new kit to my home within the hour. I am so overwhelmed!! I can't recommend this store highly enough. Home Depot in Soquel: You guys rock n roll!!! I will oh so definitely be back!!!

I was very happy with the assistance I received today at the Soquel #6968 location. I have been working on various house projects and the customer service members have consistently been helpful . I highly recommend shopping here.

I like that I can always find staff to help me find things in the store.

They have really stepped up their game in Soquel! I had it all, parking carts, help , speedy checkout.

Some of the products, for example a vanity were not in the correct place.

The young guy in the paint department was able to explain the multi-step process VERY clearly.

the store was clean and neat with many bascarts and hand trucks available. The greeter was smiling as he welciomed my wife and me to the store and asked if we knew what we were looking for. He then found a clerk to help me find a boxed item.

I mainly do business with the Pro desk and all I can say is that these crew is so unbelievable!Great service the way around.Place an order,even after hours and know that your order will be processed right away.Delivers on time and with extra caution and care when dropping materials off.Bravo to this guys!

Great Staff and Efforts by them to Maintain inventory.

Home depot is getting much better. I used to dread going in and wandering the aisles, knowing that I would have to seek out one of the lone employees for advice. This weekend was seamless, got help right away and good advice. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

The store on 41st is very clean and organized, including the outdoor area. The associates are always easy to find and normally very helpful, though I visit so often now that I seldom need their help. I've also noticed more USA made products now, which makes me very happy to have the option to shop local. Everything there from having new keys made to select outdoor rocks for decor and even light bulbs. This is definitely the go-to place for me for any "handyman" type items. Location is right off the freeway and the parking is ample. Checkout is quick, and we greatly appreciate the discount for Military. Thank you.

I like going to this location because when I ask for help if the person I ask isn't familiar with the product I'm looking for they contact another employee who is knowledgeable about what I'm looking for and I get the help I need. In addition, I appreciate that the restroom is always tidy, and fully stocked. The only drawback I've ever experienced at this location is when I've ordered something on line and go to pick it up,. Invariably, there is a lengthy wait time before someone comes to the desk, and then there seems to be a lot of confusion about how to get large items to the front of the store in a reasonable amount of time. The person helping is doing all they can, but the connection between where large items are held and where they are delivered is time consuming both for the customer and the employee.

Top-notch staff at this store--I highly recommend!
