Had a shipment to my home of concrete wall block and additional big bags of soil and mulch and asked to see i sign the delivery so i can see they place it the correct place. I paid $79 for this shipment and it was delivered and not signed and of course not placed where we needed it to be. A bit disappointing as I have back issues and will need to carry one by one to where i wanted it and not out side the gate.

We had a power outage and I said that’s it. I am not gonna go through another thing like that. Let’s go to Home Depot well we walked in and I said look I’ve got the M 18 Milwaukee system. I wanna know if they have a light attachment that might work for these power outages in the NorthWest well Rosanna said actually we do follow me and I’ll I’ll show you what my wife turned around and said follow her so we took off after Roseanne and I said you know what would be really nice and said if we could find the screws set screws for the wall plate plug that wouldn’t fit and she said well we have those on aisle and follow me so the three of us go off again and then I said we just kept this routine up. It was like a TV sitcom and we ended up buying all five things that we needed to have which we just went around the store and we we got to know our new Home Depot and it’s gonna be a wonderful relationship.

I appreciate the new self-checkout with an additional eight registers—also, Pro rewards and the ability to see purchase history, which helps staff if I have returns.

I was showing up very late to pick out trim for my house and they were very nice and welcoming.

For the most part, always have a good experience here parking is pretty easy and the loading zone is easy to get to

I had prepurchased 1x2 vinyl bathroom tile for 1/2 bath remodel and ordered and paid ($35) for home measure. Entry level HD employee was sent with laser measure, not a tradesman. Estimate given to just lay new tile over old. Nothing said or estimate given for sloped floor or possible dry rot around toilet. Extremely disappointed and will NOT be using HD for installation or referring for any services. Horrible experience and total waste of money!!

Friendly employees on entering and exiting the store. Otherwise no help to be found while trying to actually shop.

I ended up at this Home Depot after several unsatisfactory experiences at a closer Home Depot. In addition to this Home Depot being what a store should be (stocked, organized shelves, friendly and helpful employees), its best feature is how happy the employees are. It shows in their running to help, finding things to do when idle like organize a shelf, smiling at each other, asking customers if they can use help, etc. I was there yesterday as I could not figure out how to buy something with installation services on-line. Deena in customer service, with help from Zakk, the assistant manager, spent over thirty minutes figuring it out. Once they found out it had to ordered on-line, they figured out how I could do it while in the store and they would worry the details later. If you want to feel good, then shop in this store. Even if you don't buy anything, you will leave feeling better.

I was looking at several items to both purchase and plan for. Several employees offered help and advice as I browsed. Successful and enjoyable experience.

My fiance and I bought all of our appliances at Home Depot. Last year during the Black Friday sale we outfitted our kitchen. This year during the Labor Day sale we outfitted our laundry room with a new washer/dryer. Both times service was excellent. This last visit Gideon in the appliance expert was great,. He explained all the features and benefits, as well as helped us stay in budget. Highly recommend this location!

I called about price and stock on items marked in garden from another location. Spoke to Cassandra she che ked with manager name? wish I had his name he was great. They left note for people next day. I went next day Isaac took over and even loaded my car. Gabriella the cashier was so great and nice. All these people were instrumental in making my experience at the south beaverton Home Depot location the best experience shopping in my life!!!!!! !

Recovering from surgery I was at Home Depot to pick up a hose washer. While in the garden center I noticed the mulch I use was on sale. I asked a sales associate if she could help me load my cart with 10 bags. She hand loaded my cart, walked me through the cash register and she hand loaded my car. I wish I had noticed her name tag, but I did not. South Beaverton always puts their customers first.

I love this store. Every time when I go there I get help with my project

In my latest visits to Hime Depot I am noticing a sense of belonging among the coworkers and the customers. I appreciate the diversity of age groups working together and learning from one another. I also value the increase in female associates offering their expertise throughout all the areas of the store. I would love to see even more ethnic diversity among the associates on the floor. My friend group is diverse and I would love to recommend Home Depot as a place where they all feel represented and included. We are all united in the common value of working on improvement projects. Home Depot could do better reflecting this.

I bought a micrwave to replace a unit that failed. Home Depot had the exact unit I was looking for in storage. The sales person that helped me found the unit and got it from storage. When I asked about other units, the sales person gave me great advice an said I had made the right choice. The interaction with the sales person could not have been better. I realy apreciated what he told me and how he helped me.

I just ordered it and haven’t received it yet!

I visited The Home Depot (4401 SW 110th Ave, Beaverton, OR) to pick up a few vehicle care items and a Husky Workbench. An employee named Tim was incredibly helpful—he found a spot to hold the workbench while I finished shopping, then placed it near the front for an easy checkout. When I was ready, he even offered to help load it into my car. He and another employee quickly got it loaded and sent me on my way. I really appreciate the excellent service—Tim deserves recognition!

I just have to say everyone at this store all employees are helpful knowledgeable and friendly. I never shop anywhere else

When I buy something from your store, I expect to be able to return it - even if I purchased it over three months ago. An example is a plumbing valve. It makes no difference when I purchase it, I should be able to return it. In the future I will not buy "extra" items - which I often did in the past - but limit my purchases to immediate needs.

they greet you - but there is no "associate" in the store to really help you. try to return something - even with a receipt - "this item was found but is not eligible for returns"

Great crew in the appliance sector!

I recently visited and was truly impressed by the staff's friendliness and willingness to help. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and were eager to assist with any questions I had. Their helpful attitude made my experience much more enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service!

Most of the employees at this store are very kind and helpful (when you can find one of them). And one of the best things is that they all have their names written on their apron, instead of on those name labels that are most often turned over so you can’t read them. (But someone should critique the employees’ writing, since some of the aprons are hard to read. 🤪) They also have the Returns Desk right at the entrance, so you don’t have to walk a mile to find it.

I'm temporarily disabled, and Logan with Customer Service helped me select products, carry them, ringed them and unloaded the products in my car. Very Helpful!

When I shop there I find all the things I need and some I didn't know I would need until a staff person helped me. I have saved returned trips by shopping here and asking for help or opinion. Nice people and priced within my budget.

I have been shopping for new front door- Chris has been working with us a few weeks to get to an ideal solution at the fairest price possible for my measurements! Got it done. Chris worked well with vendors and Kraft installers and me to make me very happy with my choices.

The Tigard store is closer to my house and was better when I moved here in 2006. Since then, it has slipped and the South Beaverton store has surpassed it. I find the store cleaner, more items in stock, and most importantly, the employees are helpful and act as though they enjoy working at Home Depot.

I’ve shopped at this store for years for work and personal use. The workers are always helpful and friendly. On rare occasions, I’ve received defective product, and they jump on that issue right away to resolve it.

Home depot has amazing employees.They are always on hand to help. Most friendly people.
