Recently been remodeling my home and get the best products, service and selection at the South Beaverton store. The employees are very attentive and knowledgeable, while maintaining the overall look, cleanliness and stock of their store. My go to, one stop shop, hands down, the best store in town.

I just found out about the 10% military discount and my husband os a vet. The discount is good on many items.

'The Chad' is who made this a truly extraordinary experience. The customer service and support we got from him was unlike anything I've experienced at any home improvement store. He did everything to help me and my wife. He went out of his way to make sure we found the exact table I wanted, provided great feedback on the product, answered my questions, and made sure we were helped through checkout. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had to help both in locating the product, loading the product and getting it into my car. The clerk who helped was thoughtful and helped me with a concrete blocks that I could not manage on my own.

Ken was amazingly patient helping me find the perfect planters and plant stands!

Brian appeared next to me while I was attempting to make sense of all the different Shark Bite fittings. He quickly evaluated what I was doing and selected all the proper fittings I would need to complete my shower re-plumbing project.

I went in to buy some replacement air filters for my furnace, a laundry vent and a couple rodent traps. I must have walked past a dozen employees; none of which greeted me or asked if I needed help. Not unusual for Home Depot. What made me write this review was the service (or lack there of) which I was shown while walking through an aisle searching for products to buy. On two occasions there were elderly men, one short, with a beard, and one tall and bald. As I walked though the aisle I was ushered out by an orange gate the first man was using to block off the aisle. He seemed frustrated that I was in his presence and showed zero patience for me to walk though. Later that trip. I walked down another aisle, hands full of products and was ushered out by a different elderly man. He closed the aisle behind me and when I reached the end, both corridors were blocked. As I tried to figure out which way to go He said, "you gonna go or what?". I understand that they need to do this to pull products off the top but they need to show a little customer service in the process of doing so. I felt like a pedestrian that wandered onto a construction site with an angry forman, rather than a customer in a retail establishment with products to buy and money to spend. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the service shown by Pat at the self-checkout. He greeted me with a smile and when I forgot my card he prescanned all my items while I ran to my car to get it. As I returned he helped me checkout quickly and thanked me for shopping there. As a senior retail manager, I would hire him in a heartbeat.

I need help with pricing on a Bone Throne and Chris was VERY helpful. Then Lisa at the checkout was terrific and a very kind person named Cassie helped me load the item into my car! Great people! Thank you!!

I needed a paint match to a 10-year-old sample. David in the Paint Department did an exceptional job in getting a near-exact match. The whole experience was professional and considerate. It was as good as any experience I have had in paint specialty stores.

I bought a vanity today from Brian!

We recently purchased some new windows to install ourselves, and got new shades, as well as the supplies needed to install the windows. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful. This store was very clean - the bathrooms were spotless on a busy Sunday afternoon! The only glitch was the store wifi - as were were trying to pull up locations for specific items on our list, it was lagging. It made finding the products we knew we wanted a little frustrating. The big plus was the staff - very knowlegable and friendly!

Friendly people and very helpful everytime. I love the garden area and if you need to make a return it is easy and hassle free.

Hailey, in the Paint Department, is amazing! She helped my wife and I get the tile we needed, and ensure that we had enough to tile our shower. She went above and beyond our expectations, and provided excellent customer service. 5 Stars with 2 thumbs up!

Friendly, knowledgeable employees run a neat and clean store which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. The store is well stocked and product is organized and faced. I've been to other stores but I keep coming back to this Beaverton store and recommend that anyone needing home improvement materials shop here as well.

I love the Home Depot. The beaverton store sure has good employees especially the manager of the tools department, very knowledgeable.

this home depot store is my first store when I need for home repair , garden

I purchased the paint sample from this store. the sample was $5. At a different location nearby all the paint samples are $1. I feel I was overcharged.

I frequent Home Depot often. Today my wife and I purchased 72 stone pavers, I had previously purchased a few identical pavers from Lowe’s the day prior for 40 cents cheaper. I showed the cashier the advertised price from Lowe’s and asked for a price match. She said they don’t price match. I said that the Home Depot website guarantees the lowest price and literally says that you price match. She asked her counterpart who rolled his eyes and said, “Yeah, we don’t do that anymore.” One of two things happened. Either this location doesn’t stand behind the corporate promise from the website of the lowest possible price guaranteed through price matching OR these cashiers didn’t want to/know how to price match. It ended up costing about $30 more than if I had gone to Lowe’s. Either way, my family and I won’t be supporting this business anymore.

The store was neat and clean. I was able to find exactly what i was looking for without assistance. It was about 1/2 hour prior to closing so the store was not busy, and not a lot of Associates on the floor, though I did not need assistance, and seldom do. I shop this store a lot so if I do, I typically know whom to call on for sound advice. Really did not come into contact with any of the Associates until checking out, with exception of my return items, which were processed effectively.

The store was clean. It has much less stock than the other home depot I do go to but the absolute worst part was the employee John who was working self check. To put his hand up in a 'stop' movement when I talked as if he was telling me to shut up was rude and obnoxious.

The store was clean and tidy. The garden associate, Ken delivered 5 star service and really went out of his way. Thank you!

Yamas in “tool rental” and steve, the garden center manager, are THE BEST. They are creative and kind problem solvers! Couldn’t recommend more highly!

The service we received today was EXCELLENT. We bought 30 bags of soil from the gardening department and Ken loaded them all onto our truck. His product knowledge and helpful kind attitude made this a very pleasant morning. Thank you Ken.

Employees are great and take the time to help. They will actually walk you to the product and help you with finding what you need.

5 or 6 years ago, the employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. At some point, I noticed a lot of the employees were no longer there. Then a bunch of new kids were working there. The place took a turn for the worse in my opinion. Kids have to use the Home Depot App on there phones to locate anything or tell you where to look. The friendly customer service kinda "disappeared". Except for Dave in electrical, he's great! And Mike, who is usually outside gathering carts, he is awesome too!

“Ken” in gardening was AMAZING! Helped me get what I needed, made some helpful suggestions, helped me check out AND load my car! He’s the reason I always come back to this store!
