This is gray opportunity for me or my family we owe 5 houses around this store and always we get necessary help from that store all employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about their Job

Shout out to Angelica at customer service desk. Overall on of the best interactions I’ve had with problem solving/solution oriented employee (anywhere,) as far back as I can remember.

I went to the Home Depot Store #1857 and received excellent customer service from the paint department to the cashiers and the manager.

Deb, Dina , and David were amazing Home Depot reps! Made my shopping experience pleasant, they had remarkable customer service when purchasing my new washer !

88 yr. old does not own a smartphone. Even with military I.D. cashier would not grant discount. Korean War Veteran.

I've bought multiple tools there and I haven't had any regrets yet.

On 5/24 I went to the store just to look around and find what I needed for some home projects. Judith was very helpful. She answered all my questions in the garden section and when I asked about screen doors, she actually escorted me to that area and handed me over to the guy working there. The guy( I forgot to ask his name, answered all my questions as well as showed me different options available as well. On 5/25, I came back with the purchases in mind and Judith again helped me. Judith, the guy and Lester who was the cashier today were very friendly, pleasant and all had smiles and were genuinely helpful. I had a great experience.

I wasn't feeling well, Monica noticed right away. Got me water and a chair to rest. She saved me from fainting. THANK YOU MONICA ❣️♥️

I was at the #1857 HD on 4/3/23 at 630pm. And I went to the tools I could not find the one I wanted. However I found very helpful employee. Working and he even showed me a Hack in the HD app to set it for "In Stock" at my selected store. You should have more employees like him.Saved me time in the future.

There’s an employee at store 1857 with the name of Isabel Gutierrez that works in the service desk. She has wonderful customer service skills. She goes beyond to assist. Reps like her really want to make me go back. She’s very professional and doesn’t drop the ball like other employees; plus she shows she really cares for her customers.

Mr.Skip helped my family out today. When we came back later that day, he greeted us and smiled. One of the staff near the plumbing area was also very kind. As well the cashier who helped us find a shower curtain. I love how they have bilingual staff. Y'all are awesome :D

In the website they have so much and when I order they canceled the order because they find nothing!!!!

I recently went to the Fontana location and I must say that I was impressed because of the clean store and friendly staff. Throughout the store, I was greeted and I walked through the isles. In addition, the store was well stocked. I will make this my preferred store.

Store Manager Fernandez is an incredible employee and manager at store. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He is friendly and assisted me with my needs. He further help carry my products to my vehicle and assisted me loading my vehicle with product. He is amazing! Very happy!

Clean, had what we wanted!

Waited an hour for help after I told them I needed help. Went back and asked again and they said the manager would come and he never did

Cashier Angela has had attitude or given wrong information and manager Fernando way of handling issues or concerns are not right. Both need more training. They both give a bad name to my home store

TODAY I HAD A EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH TEXAS JUAN HELPING ME FIND NECESSARY ITEMS TO FINISH UP MY BATHROOM REMODELING. HE WENT ABOVE ND BEYOND WHAT i AM USE TO IN HOME DEPOT FONTANA.

You ask for help, the employees don’t know anything. I actually had the home depot website up with product and they said I don’t know where it is!!!! Pull up the freaking sku and look it up!! Won’t ever shop here again
