Our online order pick-up was fast and thorough. All boxes were opened and all items were inspected before we left the store.The customer service we received was exceptional!!

The staff at the South Riding Home Depot are very courteous and understanding. They try to help you when you have a hard time looking for an item in the store and they do their best to answer any questions you have regarding your project. They don't try to avoid you like other retailers; they actually come up to you when you have that "I NEED HELP" look. I also have to add that the associates who take care of the refunds are fast, friendly, and very very caring. I give this store 5 stars because of them.

Floor staff was quick to identify that I needed help and helped me with the hardware I needed. The lines were getting a little long; so, a cashier in the customer service area was quick to let me check out there and was extremely friendly. Great job taking care of your customers!

Was looking for batteries for my keyless entry FOB for a lexus. They had a pack of 5 on the website, but not in store. Sales associate matched website deal and game me 5 of them. Now I have one for all my car fobs and garage door openers.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this store and the associates exceed my expectations almost every time. The other night Brandon went out of his way to accommodate me with a truck rental. Because of Brandon and the entire store I'm a huge fan of this Home Depot.

While I was shopping for work with my 8yr old son, she starting talking and entertaining my son so that i could finsih shopping.

My only criticism is that you did not carry cottonseed meal as a fertilizer, desireable for many plants!

The store associates at the Contract or project department are very willing to help, I worked with Jim, but even that He was on vacation, everyone else were always ready to even give me an answer and made me feel comfortable. My project is almost finish, just some minor details, but next time, without a doubt I will go to Home Depot for my future project.

I only shopped outside this visit, ie, needed mulch

I drive from Manassas, Va, pass 2 Home Depot Stores to shop. The South Riding store has very friendly, helpful staff. The staff are always smiling, greeting customer and always eagar to help the customers. I am very pleased with my experiences at this store!! Thank you Ruthie & Lisa :)

The store had a great selection of plants and gardening hardware. The cashier was available to answer pricing questions during my shopping. She was very efficient and friendly during check out.

I new the layout of the store and got what I needed with no problems. The store was clean and all employees were very nice.

My vertical blinds for my patio door was missing 9 vertical blinds. Not only did Home Depot have them in stock, but their associate custom cut them to the length I needed. I was so happy of how helpful they were and able to provide what I needed. The check out person at the self-checkout was also helpful and cheerful. Kudos Home Depot!

I went to get propane gas cylinder and experience was so smooth, went inside the store, didn't have to wait in the line, paid for it, took the receipt outside and gave it to the associate outside. he scanned it and brought and loaded the propane gas cylinder in the trunk of my car. Everything was so smooth, didn't take more than 5-7 minutes. Great Job.

This store is easy in and out for parking. Staff helpful and was able to find most of what I was looking for.

This HD store was the best we have shopped at (and we've been to many!). After a lot of frustrating research on the HD website, we finally found the store that had what I needed. Unfortunately it was a two-hour drive from our home, since nearer stores didn't have the product in stock - and often don't! Our satisfaction returned when we were greeted with a kind and thoughtful associate. She assisted us to find exactly what we needed and referred us to another Associate ho was also helpful. Overall, a pleasant experience. We wish all Home Depot stores were run this well - especially those closer to our home!

Took a little too long to get help but once I did everything was fantastic.

The staff is awsome! They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. However, like any Home Depot, it takes awhile to find the associates to help you. Once you find an associate, they are the best staff I've ever encountered. I've been to at least 20 different stores in MD, DC and VA and this group of associates are the best! I'm glad I moved close by..... Would recommend this store to anyone....
