Of all the home and hardware centers in my area, this Home Depot has the most helpful staff and the best product availability.

We shopped for and special-ordered several bathroom vanity cabinets. We received exceptionally good designer help from Fernando A. in the cabinetry department. We have shopped at this store since it opened. This store is very large, bustling with activity, well-stocked, and has one of the new tool rental sections which we have used several times. I am happy to have Home Depot #8551 in our area.

This store is very close to my home and is very convenient too get to. The employees are very helpful and courteous. Associates Angalee and Amarachi are especially charming. This store is usually well stocked and its items easy to find; if not an employee will find them. Highly recommended for charming employees and a well stocked store.

Great store, great staff.

I shop at the South Riding store even though it is not the nearest Home Depot location to my home. The store is clean and uncluttered. I am a Master Electrician who likes to do all of my home projects myself. I have found the employees in this store are very knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have an answer to my questions they will find someone who can answer them for me. The selection of merchandise in all the departments is very good.The Rental department has always been very helpful when I require specialty tools for my projects. I have never had a problem with special order items and the pick-up service. Check out times are always fast. The parking lot is large so it is easy to park my vehicle and pick up orders. On the whole it is a pleasurable experience shopping here.

Store is well stocked and staff seems to be more knowledgeable than other home depot stores i have been to. Helpful and friendly staff, along with good deals and things in stock make this my store of choice.

very very very good experience and I appreciate store people

This was my first store visit, and the entire experience was exceptional. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful while I was in the store. Afterwards, a sales rep followed up to let me know an item I had ordered for delivery was unavailable. He voluntarily searched for other nearby stores that had the item in stock and tried to find ways to help me avoid an unnecessary delivery charge. A great and classic example of quality customer service all around.

The store was clean and organized. Employees showed their sincere will to assist to let me find my required items in a nice friendly way.

Convenient and Excellent Store to shop Home improvement needs.

I am a regular customer since day 1. Great stock & variety of products. POOR frontline staff. Many employees seem to despise customers.

Excellent customer service throughout the store. I was asked if I needed help at least 5 times, and they meant it. The store is so comfortable for thinking and shopping. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

We were greeted with an excellent customer service experience by Anza at the pro desk. Carts were available, the place was neat, and the store was ready for us. Employees are friendly, helpful, and overall engaged in the needs of the business. Anza asked about the project we were working on, I explained that I was finishing my basement. Anza coordinated a team of employees to assist us with all the plumbing and lumber products and services necessary. Lumber specialist took the time to pick out the best 2x4s from the stack, offering to get more from above if needed. This is the store to bring your wife to when shopping for home Improvement. Employees like Anza and her team offer genuine interest and appreciation in your projects. Products were in stock and easy to find with the map on the hd app. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

Mohammed khogali is probably one of the best employees we ever encountered at Home depot he was patient made recomendations wasnt pushy at all . He knew enough thru experience that made us trust his recomendations . He is an asset to the company bravo ! He helped us make a big purchase of $416 and all I came in for was grout
