I asked four different employees where the Automotive section was. Each employee told me there wasn’t one. Guess what I found? The automotive section. How do that many people spend eight hours a day in the store and not know where an aisle is, let alone deny that it exists? I thought the Berlin store was bad, which it is, but this store is awful. Not only that, the Def fluid I needed wasn’t in the automotive aisle. It’s for automotive! The Wallingford store and Wallingford Pro desk is by far the best! I’ll never return to this Southington store.

This Gargoyle is the best piece Home Depot has to offer this year.

I wanted some assistance purchasing 3 vanities, a soaker tub, an alcove tub, etc. I was very disappointed with the lack of service in this area. There were various people available to help with kitchen remodeling but nothing regarding a bathroom project. Also there were very limited displays (none for vanities with 2 sinks). There was extensive displays of kitchens but none for bathrooms. I am looking at an about $10,000 worth of purchases and Home Depot is forcing me to go to an expensive design store!!

I go to this HD rather than the Waterbury location , the Waterbury HD is incompetent! Look into that.

Purchased a new contractor grade toilet fill valve that works great! It’s quick and quiet.

Went in to buy a vacuum. Everyone was great and were able to help me pick out the perfect one.

Both Sirina and Ben in this department helped my wife and I to design and make a large purchase of Levelor shades for our home. Both employees spent a good deal of time with us to ensure we were pleased with our selection and got the best pricing we could. These two employees are an asset to your store and your company, and please pass that along to them on our behalf !!

I picked up some things on my way home from work. Store was clean well organized and very active. .I had gotten what I needed got through the check out line and back to my car in just minutes A fun place to spend my money.

Rosy at customer service noticed a small stain on my pillow and asked if I still wanted it. I did since it was part of a set and the only two left. She gave me a discount. That was very considerate.

I approached return Desk to check out. She said ok but I had to wait for another customer who was not even at the register. She was nasty, had that rotten "privileges" attitude like she was doing me a favor.

I go a littler farther to go here because the Waterbury Home Depot is pretty bad. I know some of the problems aren't their fault like the Home Depot App being so bad and I wish I could bother someone about the App problems. Big irritant when the quantity available and location is wrong on top of the App being so slow and awkward.

More staff spend time avoiding customers then helping maybe try paying them more or hiring better people
