Love the location. Sometimes, hard to find someone, but eventually, it's a success! Most items are in stock, love that! Love the late hours and being so close to home in Southington. Staff is very friendly.

My husband and I recently went to this store and had a great experience with 2 very helpful employees! Tim and Dylan were awesome and went above and beyond to help us!

Multiple purchases over the past month ie stove, 2 a/c. Excellent products. Home delivery for stove was on time with excellent staff. Helpful employees!

I was warmly greeted and then helped by a wonderful woman named Diane. While this store is across town, I go to this one because I find the people much friendlier.

If you shop at Home Depot in another town, try the South Southington store. The store manager, Skye Sgambati, is awesome and will go out of her way to help you find what you need. Kelly in paint and Paul in lumber go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. They are all very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise.

4/8/24 Salesperson gave us ample time to look, answered all our questions clearly and intelligently, made perfect suggestions, explained the entire installation process, and more. Offered promotions and suggestions along the way. This salesperson knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

Several people tried to help us find driveway caulk. It’s no longer stocked. Having said that, on this particular visit Anthony was especially friendly!

One of the best HD stores I have been to

They have always had what I needed and were helpful if I had trouble finding it. The only thing that brought me to 4 stars instead of 5 was that the pickup for online ordering isn't always streamlined. If it is a simple online order it isn't too bad but in the couple of times I have had a larger online order it wasn't well organized.

The staff went above and beyond to help me and get my refund for a recent purchase. It wasn’t simple but they made it happen

Went there for assistance in layout design for kitchen cabinets. Brian, a month ago, spent time with me and made some printouts of the plan. The layout was very nice & he showed what it would look like & one that had the products ID Numbers. I Spoke with Donna & she made sure that All the Cabinets in the Right Models & Colors were Available. When I got there, She got someone with the Lift to take down the cabinets for me. She also helped me pick out a countertop, which I will purchase soon.

Employee Gary was great in helping to find the item we were looking for. It was still boxed on an upper shelf.
