Absolutely love this store. I drive past another store to go to Southington

The cashier in the garden center was very courteous.

It is a clean store. The employees are very friendly and helpful and willing to show you were the item you want is....its a go to store for all your needs! Its is a big 10 in my book!!!

This Home Depot is the one closest to where I work on my drive home, read that as not my primary Home Depot. I will be comparing it to Home Depot in Waterbury CT, and some other random Home Depots that I use. I like this store because it is on my way home, it is clean, it is well stocked, things are reasonably easy to find, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there are no vagrants hanging out in front of the store. One thing that this Home Depot does not have that others do have is a food vendor of some kind, I don't know how important that is to me but it is something that other stores do have.

this is the only home depot i would recommend if you live in waterbury or near this store first it is tops ,all employees know what they are doing and where things are. also very friendly. You dont have to go looking for a employee to get help or advice. i only go to this store and no other once you do go there you will see why you go the extra miles is well worth it

First day of Spring and not a flatbed to be found in garden area. Garden register not open. Had to go to roofing for a flatbed, back to garden to load up, then all the way back to checkouts by lumber to cash out. NOT customer friendly.☹

This is the Best Home Depot for In-Stock products and they are always friendly & helpful! Price Match too is no problem. Great shopping experience. Highly Recommend.

Excellent service nice and clean. I went there for a huge load of sheet rock and other heavy stuff and several people help me load my car and my trailer. And unpleasant activity was much less stressful.

This store to me is the greatest I have shopped in a lot of stores and many homedepots, and this store by far is the best, I am a veteran of the marine Corp. I've been around a little bit and had not run into the kind of service and courtesy that is offered at this store, the staff is marvelous all around. Keep up the good work.

The app for home depot is useful but a virtual outlined map of where exactly the aisles and bays are located would be beneficial. Store is neat and clean, following all pandemic outlines. Associates were terrific and mentioned in my survey prior to this review.

Great Store, knowledgeable employees and good prices.

Overall, just a great experience today with the southington home depo. Like I stated before, maybe it was just the friendly face behind the mask. The customer service was just overall awesome and we need more like her at all locations. I had all my questions answered and she honestly told me she was unable to point me in the direction I needed to go but that she would find someone who can help and she did. Sometimes at the other home depos people just point me in a direction or just dont know and leave you stranded. All associates very friendly and helpful. Cashier per my receipt is anisah. My return was easy and maybe its just a new face did it for me. Great job kid. Keep it up. Kudos to southington.
