I like the layout of this Home Depot better than others. The store is cleaner than others I frequent. I find myself chosing to go here more often than not.

The Southington store is very clean, uncluttered and friendly. I sometimes wait to go to HD so that I can go to this store when I'm in the area versus going to 2 other HD stores that are closer to my location.

I called the store ahead of time to ask about the freezer and Karla the sales associate had it ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the store. She brought the freezer up to the front of the store and got someone to load it in my car.

Went in for a snow blower and was surprised to find a worker who knew all about it from the gas mixture to skid gaurds

On such a crazy shopping day, the sales associates were attentive and extremely helpful in taking me to the items I was looking for, or pointing me in the right direction. All but one item that I had on my list were able to be purchased for the upcoming holidays! Thank You!

HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES!! WHEN YOU SEE A WOMEN WALKING AROUND THE STORE FOR OVER 50 MINUTES IN HIGH HEELS AND A BUSINESS SUITE, GET A CLUE!! SHE MAY NEED ASSISTANCE. ALSO, WHEN ASKED FOR HELP, DONT ACT BOTHERED. (BLONDE HAIRED MIDDLE AGED WOMEN PUTTING OUT CHRISTMAS DECORATION IN FRONT OF THE SNOW BLOWERS). THE STORE WAS EMPTY, CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS CAN WAIT. I CANT TAKE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AWAY FROM THE CASHIERS(THEY WERE GREAT,AND THE MAN THAT ASSISTED ME AFTER I GRABBED HIM WHEN HE CAME IN FROM OUTSIDE.). Store is always clean, well lit, well stocked and associates are always friendly and helpful.

Last night I went in to get supplies for a school project for my son. The associate I approached came up with a better idea than what we went in there with. He walked us to a computer and showed us what he was thinking. then he walked us through the store to find all the items we needed for the project. He was friendly, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about my experience. Great customer service!

Associate knew a lot about the products and was very friendly, but not pushy.

I needed a refrigerator that fit a counter depth spot in my kitchen that would be able to handle a lot of food and entertaining. The associate, Patrick Robinson, was the most helpful person I have ever come across in any of the stores I visited! Even though I found the same refrig. I decided to buy elsewhere a few bucks cheaper I chose Home Depot because of the help I received from Patrick! Unbeknownst to me, HD also does price match! Extra happy!! I am so excited, relieved and can't wait to get my new refrigerator delivered. Besides Patrick, my next reason for choosing Home Depot is that I trust they will be there for me to back up the warranty and deliver the fantastic service I've received so far. I trust they will continue to be in business for a long time with great prices, top offerings and superior service. I have already recommended Patrick and HD to my friends and family who will soon be looking for major appliances themselves. I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER AND WILL BE BACK for my next purchase!
