Great home Depot and all get help when needed just upset with buying tool bags 2nd bag I bought that was missing parts on it they are going to replace it just a bit of a hassle when you have to go back to the store

parking was a mess redueing the parking .repaving.

It took me an hour to get hel and buy a simple small bundle of wood. The staff acted like the customers had the plague and ignore. Then when finally getting help they took over 30 minutes to get me my 3 foot bundle of 2x2's. It was like they have 8 hours to work so they take that time. I am going to drive further to the smaller stores just so I get the service and time that should be given to a customer

Store was clean, people were helpful. Even though the parking lot was being repaved there was plenty of parking in the morning. Paint department personnel know their stuff and they are quick to get it done.

People at the store are so friendly and some are trying to help me find what I needed.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for at least 25 yrs. The Tukwila store is clean, easy to navigate and for the most part, has knowledgeable people in each department. The Tukwila, WA store however has an exceptional associate that takes customer service to a whole new level. Michael in hardware is knowledgeable and his customer service is beyond expectation. Just to be sure I can get him if I'm needing help finding/deciding on anything, I will call ahead of time just to have what I feel is a irreplaceable asset to Home Depot. Thanks for the help Michael! You are fantastic!!

The store was well organized.....the associates helpful.

Went in for the Behr paint sale and although the paint counter was busy since it was the last day of the sale, there were plenty of knowledgeable people to provide assistance and help my get my questions answered in a reasonable amount of time.

The main reason I good to Home Depot is that they have a good selection of items I need and the price is right.

I needed quick assistance to purchase a pole chainsaw and once I was able to locate an associate she was very helpful. The cashier was friendly and helpful and overall my shopping experience was excellent.

I needed wood for a craft project and Joz was great

The item I wanted to purchase was out-of-stock at the store I was in, but the staff quickly located one at another store and I was able to purchase it on the spot! Great sales associates and cashiers!!

The salespeople in the Lawn and Garden department were very helpful. Good selection of items I needed and easy to find.

I enjoy shopping at this store since they have a large inventory and I frequently custom order on the internet for store pickup.

Was buying suprise gift for my girlfriend who was with me , I was able to get checked out and to the car with out her even realizing I had bought something at the store. Thank you

ITEMS WERE EASY TO FIND AND THE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY HELPFUL

I went to purchase materials for a customers deck. I'm a new company and the staff worked with me to get me signed up at the Pro Desk and the purchase was made in under a half-hour start to finish which got my crews back on the job quickly. Well done!

I always enjoy looking through the garden/outdoor department. They have a large selection to choose from and the prices are very reasonable.

While the store was having a great sale on some plants I was looking for (an amazing deal for the vegetable plants), the associates were rather stand-offish. Our cashier Richard, however, was kind and patient with me when I had to dig out some change from my purse. The only reason I'll go again is because it's the closest to me though.

I bought rebar and need to cut different size I need and put in car. Dan from rental provide power cord and let me use my cutting tool. Very friendly and helpful!!!

Store had most of what I needed, had to go to another HD to get the rest of the product that wasn't in stk here. Store was clean but as usual, many of the aisles are full of seasonal displays making it feel crowded. There are a lot of new interesting products on display that I have to remember for my next project.

Got what we needed but took to long for check out.

We have been remodeling bathrooms in our home and have made countless trips to this Home Depot in recent weeks. We always found what we were looking for, sales associates were friendly and helpful, the prices were very competitive, and the quality excellent. This is where we will do all our home improvement shopping from now on!

Th store is nice but seems understaffed for the amount of traffic going through there, Most the associates are helpful when you can find one though,

THIS IS A GREAT STORE TO VISIT AND BUY THINGS! I will definitely advise my friends to visit this store All I have to say is: I think, you need more sales associates to help with customers. Other than that every thing looks fine to me.
