Bought it yesterday. It comes with two batteries and they suck. The battery drains within minutes. And if your grass is long it will drain even faster. It’s a waste of money, not worth it.

I originally was going to purchase the 13" because our lawn is very small, however a Ryobi Rep was at the store and up-sold me to the 16" with an extra battery. I ended up with the 16" mower with 2 batteries, a great idea, however after mowing my lawn I was only down one bar out of 4 on the battery. I have 2 other mowers, which I will now move along to others. The mower did a great job of mowing, it bagged the grass with out plugging up. It has good vacuum for picking up leaves and other items on the lawn. It is very light and easy to move around. When I hit a larger clump of grass, it powered up like a gas mower for the heaver load. Again I'm very happy with the mower. For the first use it was great. I have the confidence it will last. I have limited space for storage. The mower is designed to be stored vertically by undoing the bolts to the handles, which is not hard, but not as easy as other mowers with clamps. I will recommend this 16" mower to my friends.

This Home Depot does very well at helping customers find products that are not at the store or only available online.

This Depot has upped their game with some of their management team and their pro desk. Cassey was so helpful in fixing an issue that popped up and all of the ladies at the pro desk were friendly and fun. In 2022 it’s all about people treating each other as…people and they did a great job. Previously Ive struggled at this location but I plan on giving them more of my business based on how well they took care of and treated me this week. (I cannot remember all of the ladies names but a few were…Irene, Carmen, Lorely…there are two more that were there as well! When I say they all chipped in to help, I really mean it!)

Mary was extremely helpful and refreshing, she had so much energy, it was a joy to meet her

Needed a part and didn't know the name. Explained and showed a picture and right away the female employee helped me find the part. At checkout the male employee Karl was so kind to explain and help me understand how to install the new one. Left the store empowered to fix my item and left happy! His instructions were right on and it was fixed. Kudos to the kind and helpful employees

the store has a shortage of staff, i went to shop for a toilet and i had no help whatsoever from anyone coz i didn't see one, wanted to ask about the installation for the toilet, i had to look for about 20 minutes before i finally got hold of a staff. I stayed because i had got there already so didn't want to waste my time for not getting what i came for. Just buy online folks so much better, saves you time and gas!

One of the more pleasant shopping trips I've had anywhere.

Sales cashier Karl is awesome. I usually do not have good experiences at this store because product stock and availability and terrible local stock updating to the online store/app. Karl makes me wanting to come back and do business with this store just because of his outstanding customer service. I demand Karl receives a big wage raise! Thank you, Karl!

Went to purchase a carpet cleaner and was sent to 3 different assosiates and in the end nobody could help find the product even though the online app stated there was 12 available. I eventually found the product myself in the upper rafters that I had to ask for someone to bring it down. So happened to be the store manager and she try to make an excuse if it's to heavy she won't be able to bring it down. As she tried to lift I found a young male assosiate walking by and ask if he can help bring the product down. When I got the product it only wieghted roughly 10lbs and I was able to carry it with one hand on my shoulder. I then got a cart to do more shopping and as I was walking around the store I notice the store manager on the phone they hand out to the associates as she walked half way across the aisle looking down it and then turned around and I was the only person in the aisle at the time had a feeling she was telling the person watching the cameras to keep an eye on me. And the whole time I was in the store I saw every associate watching me and as I checked out the store manager was at self check out I scanned all my items and the self checkout associate said he can help put my items in the bag as I paid and as he grabbed the grass seed I got in gardening he looked at the store manager and said "hey look grass seed from gardening."

I came in to buy a tile saw. When I got to isle 7 we’re they are kept there weren’t any on the ground were the slot for them are. There was some up above on the racks but needed to be taken down. So I went to customer service and ask the women to call some to get one down for me it took about 20min to get someone who finally came his name was Hassan I think he was a Asian guy when he came I showed him what I needed and he said okay let me go get the machine which I think he meant ladder. So as I’m waiting for him it’s been about another 10mins. I see him walk by the ladder 2 times and went and got another associate a African guy I didn’t catch his name. So they are both walking towards to saw and he asked him did you check to see if we have it and they both turned around and starting walking back the other way that’s when I said yes it’s rite here and pointed at it and the African guy turned around pointed at me and said don’t tell me how to do my job. Now it’s been about 45 minutes I’ve been waiting and the store is empty so there’s no reason for all this delay I was pretty upset so I said to him what did you say and I was walking towards to make sure I heard him correctly at this time he starts walking towards me and points at me towards my face and says again don’t tell me how to do my job. And it looks like he is ready to fight with me physically. I told him he needs to learn some customer service skills and also that I wasn’t telling him how to do his job but i was just telling him that the tile saw is rite there and I have been waiting now for 45mins and the store is empty so why is it taking so long you guys walked by the ladder 2 times already. Long story short I am a contractor that buys millions of dollars of things from you guys but the experience I had today I will never spend a penny in your store ever again.

This store is quite a way from our home but we love to visit. It’s our store on steroids! Beautiful back splashes, lots of stock cabinets, lots of everything. And the workers were super helpful!

I found the floor registers in this store. It seems the store has more items. Thanks for the 10% military discount and the US Veterans' parking spot. Uou make us special.

Danielle, the cashier was amazingly helpful and very friendly, other employees here were happy to help you. The things you are looking for your house and related items, in most cases find in this store.

It was clean, organized, disinfected as i watched employees continually clean, was able to provide distance from others, we all wore masks, Mary at self check out was very nice, very accommodating and helpful, Thanks Mary for helping us get through self check out in a nice fashion. She was talkative. Sweet and made our day. Thanks again!

What a great store. There was enough staff to make finding things super easy. The checkout was fast. I am impressed.

When we need home improvement items we always visit our local Home Depot store. The associates are always friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well lit and the products are high quality. If we can't find what we're looking for a customer service rep is always there to help us and answer all questions we may have. It makes the shopping experience less stressful.

I frequently visit this location for my household needs and never have a problem with customer service but this will be my last. I went in to purchase a large deep freezer and received no help in getting it on the flatbed. Associates walked passed me and offered no help, which I found really odd and thought it’s close to closing time so maybe they didn’t feel like it so I picked it up myself and when I completed check out and walked outside, an employee asked someone close by if they needed assistance, in which I asked if I could have a bit of help getting the freezer in my truck. He helped the customer parked behind me and looked at me and walked off. And there I was in a dress, struggling to lift a 7.0cu chest freezer into the back of my truck. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a home improvement store.

They are always well stocked, employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and checkout is efficient and timely.
