Home Depot has a specialties products that I’m using not able to locate other companies so that’s why I shop at Home Depot

Return of damaged item was easy, professional, and friendly. Different from lots of places.

I feel in is laziness and not good customer service by corporate when they remove cashiers and make us do our own check outs

Was looking for stuff for garden work. I was helped by a very friendly and helpful staff named Carl. He seems to know everything about the store. I am usually not taking surveys or reviews often just wanted to show my appreciation! Thank you!

Unfriendly associates won’t say anything to you. Self checkout is aggressively staffed, with machines that don’t work very well. Running your card 12 times for a transaction is a very serious risk, especially at a company who is known for issues with credit card data.

This is my go to store. I go here at least twice a month and I love how friendly the staff are.

In a time where customer service has all but disappeared, we were pleasantly surprised when shopping Home Depot for a new toilet. When our tank cracked, we were offered a generous egift coupon. When we arrived at the store, a young man came and helped us. He looked up info for us, got a cart and because there was not a designated loader available, he loaded it into our vehicle. He was a very pleasant young man and truly made every effort to help us senior citizens.

You will get the same level of service shopping online.

cahiers draw all over your receipt for the stupid survey and also dont seem to understand you might need to look up a job number on your phone. stay away from the pro desk area for sure

Did we find everything we were looking for during our visit? Yes. Is that why I'm rating this store at 5 stars? Nope. It was the team at this location that really made this trip successful. Everyone at the store went above and beyond to make sure we left with the right grill for us. They were attentive, friendly, and super helpful.

I went here to return the tiles which weren’t used and I saw this store was huge and very well organized. I will definitely come to shop here again.

I had an amazing experience with Mariflor Galindo, the flooring specialist at this location. She is just a wonderful person by her nature. She was very highly technical, knowledgeable, kind and patient on helping me with the carpet replacement project that I was working on. The transaction was not smooth due to some technical issues, but Marifloor was super patient and did not give up on helping me to resolve the issue and get the best deal that I could get. She tried to seek help from multiple resources to resolve the issue until it is resolved. She knew exactly what she was doing, she listened attentively on what we were trying to achieve, and provided us the solutions for exactly what we wanted. We left the store very happy, and this amazing experience really just made my day. I am so lucky to finally find the best customer service person in Home Depot, and I will definitely come to this store again!

Always fast delivery and pickup when buying online. This place has a good way of working and managing human resources and knows how to listen to customers' opinions. Most of the employees here work very well and help customers. Finally, good location for shopping

Home Depot is my favorite store to shop at. I'm not just saying this for this review! As a women you can be expected to know that all the employees don't talk down to you. There are a lot of women in The Trades, and they know what they want. I myself a retired Piledriver. The employees are happy, easy to talk to. Just a good shopping experience. I always find what I'm looking for. Also their products are good as well as the prices. Check it out for yourselves!

I am shopping alot with home depot.

HD is mitigating the high crime with policies that impede sales. Locked items which require finding non-existing employees to unlock, employees then keep your items and can not found later at checkout. No assistance with heavy items, no cashiers, lots of crime. You’ll be lucky if your car isn’t stolen or broken into while shopping.

All employees very friendly and helpful when I bought my refrigerator!

Salesperson was very helpful in helping me complete the application for a credit card, and completing the sale of the flooring I was purchasing.

I came into this store and the employees were very welcoming and asked me if I needed any help. I got what I was looking for by the help of great workers. When they didn’t know about the product they looks it up and helped instead of saying “I can’t help I’m not in this department and then leave” they took their time to help. Definitely coming back to this store more often
