    My favorite Home Depot
    Never once have I came and gone without finding what I needed. Lots of employees on hand that are helpful as well as knowledgeable. Parking is A+

      Great helpful people at Hope Depot
      I disabled from a broken back. I need just a couple items. WHen I arrived Rick from Garden was night stocking. He stopped to assist me in finding what I needed right away and was very helpful. hen Ritu in Customer Service helped me with an exchange and purchase of other items. I don't like self checkouts,I believe businesses should have an employee checking customers out for two reasons. One it cuts down on losses and theft . More importantly, as the businesses last point of contact with the customer they leave the last impression of the business that will make or break the entire experience. I shop where I deal with great people like Rick and Ritu, not where I am expected to self checkout. Self checkouts leave me with both a negative impression of the business and a feeling that I don't need to care about that business nor have any loyalty towards that business. I get that businesses may not care about my impression of them as long as they get my money. Self checkouts are nothing more than a way for businesses to cut employee costs and enhance their bottom line without passing on the savings to the consumer. I'll shop where I feel valued, have a great shopping experience with outstanding customer service and the last person I see going out the door is a live human being. Thank you Rick and Ritu!

          I bought a product that was so ridiculously designed, it was unusable. I had damaged the packaging opening it. Despite this, Ritu at the SouthCenter #4705 store did a great job of helping me. She greeted me upon my arrival, walked me through the return very quickly, and did so with a smile and a positive attitude. In the meantime, others were standing around talking, avoiding eye contact with the other customers.

            Discounted goods labels attached to non discounted goods
            They have the 3 for $10 red mulch labels attached to the non discounted mulch. This is not an innocent mistake, I saw it throughout the store. Unacceptable for such a big chain!!!

                In working with Emmanuel in the cabinet department from start to finish he was concerned about my needs and was very communicative and prompt on responding to emails and phone calls. He definetly went the extra mile to ensure that everything was correct.

                      Great staff, great layout
                      Love coming to this store vs. the others in the area. Staff are super friendly, and the layout makes sense. I can fly through this store and grab everything I need in a hurry. Carl is usually my go-to cashier because he is fast and keeps those lines moving! Always a good experience at this Home Depot!

                          Rentals Team was Amazing
                          As mentioned, rentals was very helpful. Lindsay and Eden helped us the previous weekend as your store did not have all the product we needed. Lindsay wrote us a note that we could utilize the free rental of the blower the following weekend as we had to drive to another store to purchase our products and would not have time to blow it in that day. The next weekend when we rented the blower Lindsay, Eden, Steve, Michael, & Liz took care of us. Jayonna was also super patient/helpfull with a return.

                                  Do yourself a favor and just avoid this location. Customer service is garbage and no one knows what they are doing nor are they willing to help their customers.

                                    Manager here is useless and will walk away versus helping
                                    Called prior to showing up at the store, was told supply was in stock and could order more to the store at the same price, arrived to no one helping, sent in multiple different directions and told different things. Waiting an hour for a pallet to be brought down.

                                      To bad HD.com is a total separate entity. Complete disconnect from instore. Best hope you never have a problem with an online/ship to home order. Help is non-existent.

                                                DOOR INSTALLATION / INCORRECT MEASUREMENT
                                                My mom bought several doors that needs to be installed however Kathleen from home depot entered a wrong measurements because "she assumed it will fit" and disregarded the exact measurements from the installer which resulted going back and forth to the store that caused travel, time loss, stress, gas and inconvenience. She double charge my account without my knowledge and she's unable to print out detailed summary report of merchandise I purchased because of system issue.

                                                      Online order made by pro dept. manager in my behalf. He was helpful. No service received after that.
                                                      Store # is often unanswered, pro dept has never answered for me. Customer Service told me a So. Center H.D. manager would call me within the hour, but six hours later, still no call back. I have no idea when my building supplies will be on site. Order was made four days ago. I have been a pro member for many years, but I will never make another purchase from Home Depot.

                                                        CHANGE TO VETERAN DISCOUNT POLICY TO USE A $300 TELEPHONE TO GET DISCOUNT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I DON'T WANT TO BUY A $300 TELEPHONE TO SAVE A COUPLE OF DOLLARS. I DON'T NEED A SMART PHONE, A DUMB ONE IS JUST FINE WITH ME.
