This Brewster store in our neighborhood store that we go to. This store is well maintained and stocked most of the time. We even find employees on the floor of the store to assist with any questions we may have in finding a particular item. All is all, this is a good store!

Wilsa at returns is wonderful. Courteous to me and every customer I saw her help.

We have shopped at our fair share of Home Depots over the years, but the service at this particular store can't be beat. The folks at the Pro Desk are the BEST! I also have to give a shout out to the fellas at the paint department who are also super helpful.

I appreciate the efforts to provide a safe shopping environment during the pandemic. I will need to continue shopping at the store, and feel that the company will do the best it can to maintain health requirements to protect its customers. Thank you.

Great to have the store locally

The store was clean, well stocked, and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The quality of the pellets I buy for my wood stove is good.

The curbside pickup is a great idea because it saves me money...when I go in the store, I always buy much more than i intended.

One of the best Home Depot's I have shopped in. Store is alway clean, departments are well stocked, lots of associates to answer questions and physically walk you to products you request rather than just give you the isle number to look in. All associates are knowelgable in their service areas or finds someone who is to expert to help you. Have multiple check out areas and lines are generally short to check out. All associates I have met or talked to are very helpful and pleasant. A very well managed store.

The worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to

Never try getting an appliance delivered from this store. After two weeks and hours on multiple phone calls, the store manage cancels an order and only sends an email of the cancellation. No explanation or follow up why and now I’ll have to follow up to get an extended warranty cancelled as well. Totally disappointed in the service.

Have visited numerous Home Depot stores in the area. This by far is the nicest store, well stocked and nice associates

It’s a great store...helpful workers with the right attitude..I KNOW THE ONE IN NEW ROCHELLE NY IS TERRIBLE! Friends say service is real nasty....I love this store when I can find all the garden stuff I need and don’t have to travel around! Keep it up!

This is my favorite Home Depot to shop at. The Store is always well-organized, well-stocked, the merchandise it always in great condition AND the Employees / Sales Associates are always helpful and friendly. Thanks !
