Store was clean and organized except that there was no good bathroom for the customer to use only portable ones which was located outside the store and it was so cold.

Tried to get a paint sample. None of the clerks could add paper to the print machine for the paint so the sample could not be provided! A cashier from the front end asked if I was satisfied. I related the lack of ability to provide the sample. He was able to operate the machine and the to print the label. The clerk then mixed the sample and started shaking it to mix, by hand! Then he put a sample of the wet paint on the lid and handed it to me still wet? One bumble after another. I will not return.

We ordered doors for my home. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. All in all the whole team was great. They worked very hard to assist us with what we wanted and needed for this purchase to make sure we were satisfied. I would have liked to have seen the actual products in person in the store but still was satisfied with store service.

This store, and I have been to many, is the most helpful from beginning to end, everyone is always ready to be of assistance.

The cashier was so friendly and helpful at the Southfield store. I have had very good experiences with helpful employees at this store, from cashiers to the men who load my car with the heavy items. They make my purchases worthwhile!

AS A PROFESSIONAL HOME BUILDER, I FREQUENT MANY HD STORES, SOMETIMES IN THE SAME DAY. THIS STORE IN PARTICULAR HAS MANY EMPLOYEES THAT GO OUT OF THEIR WAS TO GREET YOU, AND ASK IF YOU NEED ASISSITANCE. TOO MANY OTHER VENDORS HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT SEEM TO DUCK AWAY. WAY TO GO STORE 2711!

A great place for a handyman/woman to shop.

No one speaks to you never can find anyone to help you

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE DUE TO ONE EXCEPTIONAL WORKER and friendly staff at Home Depot on 11/2/2017 Thursday. Originally I went in to check out the after Halloween sales, and there was an eager employee who stopped what he was doing and asked if I needed help. He directed me to the Halloween department. After reviewing the goodies, I picked out a light up cat that was a floor model. William Coleman was the employee that I remember who really went above and beyond the requirements of his job. He had no problem plugging in the cat to make sure it worked, and also made sure any questions I had were met. I felt comfortable and he was very friendly. The other staff were extremely friendly and all smiles. I really enjoyed my experience and feel if anyone else goes here look for William Coleman. He made my experience excellent. The store was clean and well organized.

Dwayne was friendly and greeted me with a smile! I found everything I needed and cashed out quickly and easily. No standing in line at the checkout because they had an abundance of cashiers.

Robert (19 YO African American Male), Paul (50-65 YO white male), and Horace Hall are awesome. They made the difference. They were the reason for the exceptional service and experience.

Get more help to assist customers.

DO NOT PURCHASE A REFRIGERATOR FROM THIS STORE! Be careful as they don't tell you which refrigerators they will hall away and which they won't. The delivery company did not remove my old refrigerator and left the new one on the living room as they said they will only remove a Monogram if you buy another. The HomeDepot attendant never mentioned this when I went to buy a fridge. Then the new attendant would not fix the problem and I asked to cancel my order and have them pick up their fridge. I spent a whole Saturday waiting for the delivery company to pick up the fridge and no one showed up. I called the HomeDepot just to find out that the attendant never set up the pickup despite telling me he did. I still have a broken refrigerator in my kitchen and un-hooked one sitting in my living room. Go somewhere else for your refrigerator.

ONLY GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED ABOUT OPENING A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. One particular employee at this store is totally unprofessional, and only pesters customers for credit card applications, for his own gain.

The associates in the store were very helpful and essential with my product selection. They were very gracious in providing the assistance I needed to load the very heavy and large item into my car.

I seem to always find what I need at Home Depot

I gave this store high scores on cleanliness and well-marked isles. The tool rental opportunity is very helpful, also.

The store was very neatly organized. The staff was friendly and very helpful. All items where easy to locate.The prices were great compared to other stores in the area.

Store employees are not helpful at this store. Went to 4 employees before I was directed to an employee to help me. Still could not find the product even when the computer showed ample supply was available.

This is my neighborhood store. It is located in a convenient place; the staff is always helpful, and I never have a problem finding what I need.

Assistance was very good when I needed location of a product. Store was clean.
