Always when shopping at Southington store get great , friendly, helpful service

Mulch went up 25 percent. A bag went from 2 cubic ft to 1.5. .That's an increase higher than the inflation rate. Many items are higher priced that at independent shops. Beware check around

Came to this location less than an hour before closing time on a Sunday night. Customer service desk helped me locate the items I was looking for, while assisting another customer at the same time. Grabbed what I needed, checked out, and loaded up. Was twice offered help loading my truck which I did decline as it was not needed but certainly appreciated. I then tried my luck at customer service again to get help with an online order that I was having issues with, which was not at all connected to this location. Less than 10 minutes before closing time and I had some of the friendliest people I've ever experienced in any store helping me out on an issue that wasn't even tied to their store. No hint of an attitude whatsoever. Not even annoyed. And it certainly would've been justifiable at that time. Couldn't have been any nicer. And they helped me solve the problem too. The service here not only far and away exceeded any other home depot location I've ever been to, but was just great customer service in general. I wish I lived closer so I could do all of my shopping here.

I'm from Stratford I went to visit a relative and enquired about two products that weren't in stock in my location. They had both and I was ecstatic plus i must comment on how helpful and friendly they all were

I was greeted the second I walked into the store. As I walked around every associate greeted me and asked if I needed help. And when I heading over to self scans a cashier flagged me down and offered to ring me up. I took her up on it and it was a great experience. This is truly the best Home Depot I have ever been in. I would also like to comment on the cleanliness and in stock conditions. Both were the best I have ever seen in any Home Depot.

Looked at Bristol store and nothing there went to southington store had it.

I shop at this Home Depot location often. Reason being everyone from the prodesk to customer service desk to the floor staff are always super nice and always helpful. The store is always neat and organized compared to other locations I’ve been to. This store is my go to and will continue to be .

Always catch up on the clearance area, store clean and well stocked..Staff always equipped with treats for my dog Rollo !!!

The staff in the Southington, CT store is great. I shop there regularly. I can say that I cannot remember the last time at least one associate didn’t ask if I needed any help…and politely acknowledging if I replied I was all set. When I do need some help, they ususlly exceed my expectation.

Took 3 stores to find one where they had product was looking for. Other stores showed but had nothing on hand. So annoying.

The staff is always helpful & humorous. Always please with the advise & help I receive.

I managed to look at doors and buy some odds and ends all at one place. I love it.

Worked with Jerry in Kitchen design. Process took month because of many questions, or being undecided. Never pressured, took time answer every question, review many options. Jerry had 14 years experience and it clearly showed. Best service I every had in my 30 years of dealing with any Box store or retail store in general.

I shopped at a nearby Home Depot but the item I was looking for was out of stock. I went to this Home Depot and they had plenty in stock. It's a shame that things have to be locked up now but these are the times we are living in. The staff was friendly and helpful in unlocking the cage and brought the item to the register for me. Will definately hope here again.

My favorite go to store. Knowledgeable people to help. Take you to where the product is located.
