The store always has what I need. The people are very helpful.

This store just does not wow me. Paying the prices here I should not have to ring myself out.

I went to the Southington Home Depot to purchase a snowblower for my daughter,specifically looking for an Ariens as that is the brand I have and trust. The sales associate was well informed and explained all the new features on the new models. We also discussed the overall size and weight that would be appropriate for my daughter.While we were talking,another associate introduced himself and had recommended gasoline additives that he has found to the best for starting and storing the machine.I found this information to be helpful and appreciated the extra input as I certainly don't want my daughter to have problems starting her snowblower.She resides in Massachusetts where they had NINE FEET of snow last winter!

I went to pick up an item I had ordered online and shipped to a nearby location (no shipping cost). Upon getting the item (which arrived earlier than expected) I decided to shop for additional items I needed for my new home. One Item, an extension to rectify a loose electrical outlet box, is not carried by Lowe's, so I had to get it at a Home Depot. A store associate was able to direct me to the aisle where the electrical items are located and helped me locate the item I was looking for (a Lowe's associate probably would have directed me to this store anyway). After arriving home, the items I purchased were self-installed to my satisfaction.

this store did not have the light i was looking for so they called Queen St store and they had the light, purchased it at Queen st

In my opinion, this Home Depot is by far the best to do business within my area. Employees are very polite and available to help. The manager was extremely helpful with my return. The cashier and associates put effort into and communicate to help me find what items I needed. Yes the store is clean and organized but I was impressed with the friendliness, availability of associates to help and the positive professionalism here.

Building Materials Area was clean and accessible as were the sales associates. I was able to locate exactly what I wanted and was aided to load my purchases on a cart. The associate also offered to load all my roofing materials into my truck! I have always found the Home Depot Store to be clean,friendly and helpful with all my home repair needs.

The sales associate who greeted me asked if she could help me with something. She didn't just tell me where it was, she walked me directly to my item! A little extra attention which means a lot.

Sometimes they even have some labor saving advice for you. It's like having a knowledgeable friend at your side.

JOE HELPED ME LOCATE THE MATERIALS THAT I NEEDED TO BUILD A POLE WITH A BASE TO MAKE A BALLOON COLUMN FOR MY SONS BIRTHDAY PARTY. I HAD SOME IDEA THAT I SAW ON YOUTUBE BUT JOE OFFERED OTHER MATERIALS THAT WOULD BE COST-EFFECTIVE AND I GOT MORE THAN I EXPECTED BETWEEN THE PRICE I PAID AND THE SERVICE I RECIEVED. THANKS JOE G.

While grabbing supplies for a project for a birthday party I soon realized that the wood I purchased would not fit in my car. I immediately received assistance to help try to load the material into my car. When the associate realize that we would have to cut the wood he help me figure out a new plan. He was more than helpful by cutting the piece of wood into smaller and transportable pieces and even provided me with a guideline to use by screwing in the pieces where needed. I am not the most handy person on earth so the more hope I can get the better and I'm grateful for what he did for me! Thank you Joe G!!
