Home Depot in Southlake is like my home away from home. I know the store so well that I can tell my wift exactly which isle to go for just about anything. I can also tell her who to talk to in each department. The people are friendly and helpful all the time. I recomend this store to all of my neighbors. My family even loves the Hot Dog guy at the Southlake Home Depot!I recomend this store to all of my neighbors.

When you walk in the store at Southlake, TX you are greeted by friendly people who ask what they can assist you with. Home Depot is building relationships with their customers.

the gentlemens help out ladies and make me feel welcomed and treated me nice and did not bug me cause am a lady and I really like that cause I hate it when the guys just look at women and bug us cause some of us know what were looking for and dont need help

Home Depot has THE best customer service. I needed special light bulbs for my ovens and florescents for my pantry. Someone greeted me when I walked up to the aisle and then found exactly what I needed. It would have taken me a while to find those!

The Home Depot provided our school's Outdoor Education Center with a very generous donation of picnic tables for student use!

I like the way this Home Depot store did not feel like a big warehouse. As a women, HD can be intimidating but I felt like I was in a nice store and had no problem finding what I needed. I also really like the indoor plant area.

Gary T was really great and very helpful in the diagnostic of my complex electrical problem. He saved me $$$ with his great skills and clear, precise explanation on how to fix the problem

Only had one version of the size I was looking for and it was an entry level plastic piece. I was looking for other options in this size and none were available. (10" x 8")

Home depot is so lucky to have found Victoria as a sales associate. She has only been working there 3 months, but seems fully vested in the success of this store.

Out of 3 employees I asked none knew what an "O-Ring" was...and I'm a girl who knows. I went on to explain I needed a 3" O-Ring so he sent me to the 1" O-Ring (I got the feeling he was not "listening" but was more interested in getting done with assisting me so he could go back to whatever he was doing before I bothered him). At least I was then able to carry the 1" o-ring around and show other employees what I was asking about & was then able to determine they do not sell the 3" rings (only 1" and smaller). Took about 30 minutes to get to the final conclusion.

5 star service all the way.Helped pick out a lawnmower with so much knowledge.Incredible service .Thank You so much.Every department we went to had someone to help up right then.

Great experience at this store as is the case with most Home Depot stores.

I relly appriciate all the help that I recieved from Krisha in the paint department. Even though she was busy with other customers she was able to help me with all of my needs.

Being a women walking into, well a mens department store I always get looked at but I feel very welcome when I walk in there they let me shop and not ask me a thousand times can I help you...

I visited the store and was helped by Rebecca in the checkut line. She was friendly and extremely helpful. She made my day.

My husband and I have always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot. We are always greeted at the entrance by a friendly associate and are always approached by an associate to see if we need any assistance. We have never had a problem finding specific items that we shop and usually leave with additional items.

you had some hetal wheel barrow handles that where for whell barrow kits ,these handles where exactly what i needed for my older whell barrow ,but i was able to purchase them per your manager (store) . if you offered these forsale generally thay would sell fast .

While looking for zip ties, I found lawnmower wheels at a good price.

Both the assistance and the cashiering were excellent
