Gabby and the manager Kim at the pro desk are horrible in customer service. They will walk out after they can’t give you a good reason about price match. Always conflicting in their response and plain simple rude. Told me to use self check out without asking why I was at the desk. I told her I was sent by the self checkout agents. Plain and simple disregard of customers. This is the new Home Depot it has never been that bad.

Employees are Always very helpful and friendly.

I now know I was looking for hose coupler. I was sent to aisle 29. Julian found a photo of it on his app & sent me to aisle 55. 1/2 way there Kim, a front-end manager, asked me if I found everything I was looking for. I told her no. She let me tell her half of what I was trying to describe and told me I would have to go with her outside to Garden Nursery. I kept trying to tell her I wanted to connect a washing machine hose with a garden sprayer gun. She was becoming more and more agitated but still not listening to me. She took me to #18 & showed me garden sprayer guns. With a dramatic flourish she told me I would be able to find what I needed here. When I told her I do not need a garden sprayer gun she got angry and told me that that is what I had asked for. I made the statement that she was not listening to me. I was speaking English. Let the main drama event begin! She made faces, she stamped her feet, huffed, puffed, twirled her body, & tried to tell me that she heard exactly what I said. I asked her if I could get some more help somewhere else. She went to another employee stamping all the way and spun her back to me while complaining in huge stage Whispers. & again at paint dept. & again on front line. DRENCHED in the most nauseating cologne, she hovered to prevent me complaining. What a child!

I appreciate that Home Depot offers a military discount and have made an even easier way to use it with a QR code in the Home Depot app.

I purchased a new refrigerator and the staff provided excellent service and took the time to help us decide on our purchase.

Lisa Hayes in the Appliance Dept is the most polite and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with in a "Big Box" Store.

Kurt and Carolyn in outdoor lawn and garden were very helpful and friendly. I needed several trash bins and Kurt took me to what I needed. He showed me some that were on clearance so I ended up buying twice as many as I had intended. He took them to the register and from there Carolyn checked me out quickly and made sure there was a young man to load them in my vehicle. I sure hope I can deal with these two next time I visit the Southlake Home Depot!

The parking lot had a smashed dead rat and cigarettes everywhere. Shopping cart wheels need help. Someone tried to steal $500 in Milwaukee products. Restrooms are cleaned once or twice a week. More snacks are available now. Everyone is trying hard, but these negatives take away from so many positives.

Consistently treated respectfully and help is always offered.

I go into a lot of Home Depot‘s, my company purchases through them nearly exclusively. And I just had the best experience at this Home Depot I think I’ve ever had. If you shop here ask for Pam Waco or Preston. I guarantee you will be pleased!

This store is great for customer service. Home Depot (as with any large box home improvement store) has a customer service challenge in the fact that they can’t have employees everywhere. You are left searching for help. This location seemed to have plenty of staff and everyone encountered was knowledgeable. The customer service was great as I had a challenging return/exchange situation. They got me sorted out and everything ended up great! 10/10 recommend!

New to the area. Clean and conveniently located store. Mitch the Assistant Manager has helped me in the past and I found him to be very knowledgeable and customer service focused.

Because so many of your items are Chinese, you have lost product volume or you have empty spaces where product was. Product options are very limited. I will go somewhere else to buy American if I can find it.

Home Depot is a store that I frequent when looking for those products necessary to keep my home in good working order, that is from hardware, electrical, and most recent lawn and garden. Home Depot has been the best. Impeccable service and Robin was the best.

If your needing appliances please ask for Sheila Lindsay she knows her stuff and has outstanding customer service!!!! The store overall is great all the time and they always have the best prices!!!!

Shopping experience was good. Assistance in tools took much longer than expected, nearly 15min wait. Overall the customer service is friendly and the store is neat and clean. I usually find everything I need.

My wife and I love Home Depot. It's our "home" away from home. Everyone is considerate and helpful.

It's always a pleasurable experience each time I or my wife and I visit the store. Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable about where everything is located in the store. Most times the employees will even walk us over to the area where the item is located.

They had the products that I needed in the quantity that I desired. Store employees were professional courteous available and helpful.

Sheila Lindsay in the appliance section was so knowledgeable and helpful. She listened for which product features were important to me and communicated with candor and pragmatism.

I was shopping for a toilet, and don't know much about them. The store employee, John McWilliams, answered all of my questions, got it down off the shelf, got a flat-bed cart to put it on, and even rolled it over to the specialist's desk for me! Then the appliance specialist, Sheila Lindsay, was able to answer all additional questions I had and did a great job explaining the Home Depot scheduling and installation process. She was very friendly, and her smile helps make things easy! This is the 2nd time I've visited this store and came back because of the same type of service I received the first time, and the fact that the product selection here seems better than at the Euless,TX store that is actually closer to my house.

Great people make a great shopping experience. Great people in this store.

A manager at the Southlake TX location helped me find a frig when none were available (they can't sell floor models unless discontinued), and it's being delivered next day. It also happened to be the exact frig I was trying to replace.......thank God for that! They were extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about helping me. GO HOME DEPOT!

The Customer service is top notch! The pro desk helpers are over the top amazing! LaShonda is simply amazing at her level of expertise in helping others. I shop there because of her
