I always enjoy coming to this location because of the courteous atmosphere and continuous helpful associates at this store. This store constantly keeps ample stock of anything I need and priced very comepetively . Been coming to this store since 2004 and have alwasy been extremely satisfied!! See you next weekend!

I give this store an A+ rating, with ALL the Harvey storm & regular home & business repairs and remodeling going on the employees really get products in & out of this store. I travel yearly to 5 states working & this Home Depot is a busy beehive of activity. Thanks to ALL the employees at this HD for having supplies I need & the positive attitudes all employees seem to have from Garden center where I was yesterday to the hardware & drywall areas. i'm here in town from out of state to help friends & families back into their homes after Harvey. Thankyou Home Depot employees for doing above and beyond for me and so many contractors & customers

Kierra, what an amazingly friendly young woman. I visit Home Depot regularly and it's always refreshing to have polite sincere young people working in a hectic place especially with ALL the storm damage. Way to go Home Depot for hiring this woman.

Cashier Kierra was very nice.

The people working here are always very upbeat and friendly. I've always gotten great assistance and the shelves have always been well stocked. The only downside I could mention is that there's always a lot of people here (probably because it's such a good location).

Would like to see more things in stock and on the sales floor such as Table saws , would like to see better cuts of lumber w/ less warps ,twist and knots, would like for order pullers to take more pride in their work and pick out better products...(less open or damaged boxes & better cuts of wood) and if there is a way for pro sales registers to move traffic lines faster, I'm in the stores daily spending thousands weekly this week alone I've spent over $5,000.00 and is at week over $2200.00 which means I'm in the store a lot and see a lot of things good and not so good.

By far the best customer service around, the competitors aren't even close!

It is an enjoyable feeing just to know that everything I could need is always available. I don't believe I have ever not been able to find what I needed. In the early morning when it is really busy with the contractors loading their trucks it is still easy enough to find a staff member eager to help me with my purchase and answer any questions I may have.

I shop at this store every week. I always find what I need and if I need help there is always someone willing to help me.

Overall the store has good customer service and is fast with there service.

I had such a great experience with Monica in customer service. I have a rental property in Groves, TX and the nearest store is on Strickland Drive in Orange, TX. I order new kitchen appliances there and paid for install and haul away of my old appliances. The install team showed up without any kits to do the install. Their reason? "We're out of stock on kits". Seriously?? Who shows up to an address to 'install' without the kits necessary to do the work? When I called the Orange store I was told to get the refund, I'd have to physically come into the store (very inconvenient). I instead went to my local Spring location Home Depot. Which brings me to Monica. She looked over my delivery ticket, explained I did NOT have to walk into a store to get the refund and proceeded to make phone calls on my behalf to get the refund processed with Home Depot Online Customer Support. She was competent, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained how the refund would work and when I could expect the refund to show up on my Home Depot card account. I appreciate her time and efforts to make the situation right. Not enough of THAT kind of customer service anymore. Thanks Monica!!

Management in at the store, if there is any, hide from the customers, parking lot is a mess, stock is terrible and check out lines a long.

Not just this store in the South Houston region but every one that i have visited. Very poor leadership! Stores not friendly! Merchandise shows available on line but when you get to the store they don't know where it is.

The store is all the way in order and employee very sensitive toward our needs

If you need blinds that are special sizes, see Nick at this Home Depot. Friendly and helpful.

Yall front end cashier name Audrey is very respectful and helpful and Jolly every morning when I see her and always ask me do I need help no matter what kind of day are time it is always have a smile on her.. she is a pleasant person to come see me in the morning if u having a bad day... the was very clean and I did find everything I need thanks to that associates help...
