I stopped in this store this morning with little time to find 3 specific items and no idea where to start. My usual experience in these big box stores is to see lots of worker bees wearing vests but none of the bees are eager to help the customers. So, with a deep sigh I start looking down the long foreboding aisles. I see a young lady with a long blonde ponytail pushing a cart so I cross my fingers and ask if she could help me. Did I ever hit the jackpot! This young lady, Ashley, took me quickly to the three different areas of the store where I needed to be to get my products. She knew all the details about each product, how each worked, how to install it, how it differed from other styles of the same item. I truly believe she could have told me about any item I would have picked up in the store. I was so impressed with this young woman! Then I went to self check out and was struggling because of severe pain in my arms from recent surgery. Another employee, Zach, saw my struggle, came immediately to my aid, did the checking out process for me. This whole experience just started out my day in such a positive way. I would certainly return to this store before going to the "other one" because the worker bees here really do help the customers and are so friendly and kind. Five stars, Home Depot!!

The young man in the Paint department was very helpful.

They still need more sales associates on the floor and at least 2 cashiers all the time as the self checkout was packed and there was only 1 cashier working. Seems like they are phasing out the cashiers entirely here.

I was throughly impressed with the service I received during a visit to this store over Memorial Day weekend. As most holiday weekend are the store was busy. I had researched my purchase(s) ahead of time with certain items in mind. Upon entering the appliance section I was approached by Michael Carlson. He was assertive yet warm and amusing when asking why we did not choose to have a water softener as well as why we wanted an electric stove over a gas. He offered suggestions and clarified my needs vs wants when discussing each item. He even went so far as to research why a particular kitchen sink on display yet none were scheduled for delivery to that store. Exceptional young man and an asset to your organization.

The sales employees we absolutely patient and helpful. They made sure we got everything we needed and Nathan and Alex of the paint department went far and beyond to help us! Can not thank them enough!!!

I am new to the area. I’ve been in the construction field for all of my life. Well over 30 years! I have dealt with a Home Depot in my town, at least 15 different towns, for most of this time. This store in particular, has repeatedly, pleasantly surprised me! I have all but illuminated my other construction need sources. Keep up the good work Home Depot! Sincerely, Sterling

This store has some of the best garden flowers and shrubs at very good prices. Always willing to assist with items to your car. Employees have good knowledge about the department they work in and most are willing to help with an extra touch of service. Sometimes the store manager is not as friendly as the workers and I wish they offered the Veterans discount like the other big box store down the road.

I bought a Cub Cadet mower for my Husband for our anniversary and the value and price for the mower is above and beyond other mowers out there. They have very knowledgeable sales associates that explained the mower to me as compared to the others. I know I made a great buy!!

I really appreciate the help their employees offer; especially David Pickett who works in the plumbing area. He knows his stuff!

The appliance specialist made buying a new refrigerator less stressful than we thought it would be because of her knowledge of products & patience working with us to insure our satisfaction.

The people in this store are not helpful, especially to older people...BUT there is Celeste! Ask for her and she will amaze you with her customer service

Friendly staff and very helpful

I attempted to use the 10% Low Price Guarantee advertised regularly by the Home Depot. I attempted to by several hundred dollars of mulch. I talk with three different associates and managers and each created a loop hole to get out of it. The products were exactly the same and at an advertised price. I followed all the rules and the just worked to get rid of me. Very Unhappy.

This store had a great selection of flooring and the fellow that waited on us was so very helpful. We recommend this store to everyone in need of flooring.

I left Home Depot after being a long time shopper because of a horrible customer experience. I have just recently with in the last couple of years been coming back. The most recent experience was great and I look forward to more.

If you are in a hurry dont bother, it appears they have gone to all self checkout and it took forever.

Home Depot needs to put another store in Springfield , MO. The one store is so out of the way it is not funny. Hard to get to anytime.
