We continue to choose Home Depot as every associate we have encountered has offered assistance. The associates walk you to the area where you are searching. And they often times offer their expertise in certain areas.

The Home Depot in Springfield Missouri is a very nice one. Everything is in its place, and the shelves are always stocked. The employees working there are a pleasure to be around, and if I am ever in need of help, they always try their best to help me find it. I usually come in on a daily basis for diy projects I work on at home, and there are almost no occasions where I can't find what I need. There are a wide variety of items and tools to choose from, each of which makes jobs go by so much easier! Thanks for the great service and attention to your customers!

This store has greatly improved their customer service. The last several times I have went in there I have found the employees to very helpful and pleasant. Decently priced.

Twice now in the past few months the employees have "saved" me, once by finding vinyl plank flooring that was out of stock everywhere, and which I had my heart set on, and today by getting the perfect new Onyx brand vanity top ordered for me in just the colors I needed for my odd sized vanity. We have always found these employees to be so helpful and friendly. This is why we continue to shop at Home Depot.

They are done of the best folks we have ever delt with, Alex is a amazing person, he has went out of his way to help us and simply went out of his way to help Terry and l. Edward is also a very nice man he has helped us a ton, every one of the employees that work there have been extremely kind to us. There are many angles that are there to help the folks that come into that I️ would say we are extremely blessed to be part of there family and that is the way they make us feel, so please give them each a very special thank you from the bottom of our hearts they have there wings and Share that with us as we come into the store or our home or on the phone. My husband is a veteran and we have and are still receiving help from them, are waiting to receive a grant from Home Depot to help us put new carpet in our home as well as donait us stain for our deck as well as help us power wash our home and supply us painting supplies, so we are extremely thankful and grateful, so please, make a special occasion to simple thank these folks. I like this store because it is easy to get to even though other similar stores are closer to my home. It is well kept and employees are always friendly. Prices are generally as good or often lower than the competitors.

I continue to be blessed at this store. Not only because of the range of products and competative priceing; But with the friendly and professional associates. They have always been so nice and willing to help.

Before going to Home Depot, I tried three other home improvement stores to purchase a storm door. I found none of three stores employed people that knew what they were selling. Moreover, they gave off the feeling they did not really care if I found what I wanted or not. The forth store I traveled to was Home Depot in Springfield, MO. When I approached the door department, Andy Garcia immediately acknowledged me and asked if he could be of help. I found Andy to be both friendly and knowledgeable. He promptly presented my door options and pricing. After I made my selection, Andy reviewed the sales order with me in detail. The bottom line is that it was very refreshing to buy from a person who has the product knowledge, communication skills and personality necessary to make customers feel happy they made the purchase at The Home Depot. I’ll be back!

Store was out of 5 of 7 items that I needed however I was accomidated by the dept manager recieving the next size for the price of the size I needed saving another stop.

Only shop at this store if you know exactly what you want and make sure you don't need help from a store employee. If you do, bring a lunch, you might be there awhile.

Tommy was extremely friendly and helpful the night I was there. Really went out of his way to retrieve a product and get me to my next item. The cashier and manager on duty were also friendly and cared about how I was treated.

I had an amazing experience at this store. The manager Walter and the assistant manager Jeff went above and beyond to help me support a wonderful cause in our community. They were more than willing to accommodate my request for assistance in supporting a program that focuses on transition issues for individuals with developmental disabilities. They provided some discounts that made it possible for us to complete our first big project.

Customer service was horrible, store under staffed, We needed assitace loading our merchandise and no one ever came.. i know there had to managers there if no one else was available.. no one offered to help or make the necessary calls. Cashier was friendly ..ill give ya that. Best part of a terrible visit.
