All employees at this facility were willing to stop and take time to help when asked questions about the product we were looking at purchasing.

All the employee's have always been very kind, helpful and respectful. I am a professional painter. I love that I can always count on the employee's at the paint desk to have an answer or solution to any question or problem I may have about what I'm dealing with on a job or project. i love the prices and products at The Home Depot as well.

Before going to Home Depot, I tried three other home improvement stores to purchase a storm door. I found none of three stores employed people that knew what they were selling. Moreover, they gave off the feeling they did not really care if I found what I wanted or not. The forth store I traveled to was Home Depot in Springfield, MO. When I approached the door department, Andy Garcia immediately acknowledged me and asked if he could be of help. I found Andy to be both friendly and knowledgeable. He promptly presented my door options and pricing. After I made my selection, Andy reviewed the sales order with me in detail. The bottom line is that it was very refreshing to buy from a person who has the product knowledge, communication skills and personality necessary to make customers feel happy they made the purchase at The Home Depot. I’ll be back!

The store was clean and the employees were very helpful.

Store was out of 5 of 7 items that I needed however I was accomidated by the dept manager recieving the next size for the price of the size I needed saving another stop.

Only shop at this store if you know exactly what you want and make sure you don't need help from a store employee. If you do, bring a lunch, you might be there awhile.

Tommy was extremely friendly and helpful the night I was there. Really went out of his way to retrieve a product and get me to my next item. The cashier and manager on duty were also friendly and cared about how I was treated.

I had an amazing experience at this store. The manager Walter and the assistant manager Jeff went above and beyond to help me support a wonderful cause in our community. They were more than willing to accommodate my request for assistance in supporting a program that focuses on transition issues for individuals with developmental disabilities. They provided some discounts that made it possible for us to complete our first big project.

I had interactions with four employees and all of them were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Jessica at the pro desk is tremendously helpful! She has fantastic customer service skills and is a joy to work with. I would recommend working with her if you need assistance. She has the best attitude and seems to genuinely enjoy helping people.

Customer service was horrible, store under staffed, We needed assitace loading our merchandise and no one ever came.. i know there had to managers there if no one else was available.. no one offered to help or make the necessary calls. Cashier was friendly ..ill give ya that. Best part of a terrible visit.

Though I was frustrated that items I had found online were not at my store and frustrated that the credit office did not follow through on re-setting the automatic credit limit, Hanna was awesome and helped me through all those problems. I would have hated the whole experience except that she was able to make it all work out. Seriously, she worked hard and made maybe a dozen phone calls on my behalf. In the end, the staff, especially Hanna was great. The headquarters, the people on the other end of the phone, not so much.

Prices were good and store personnel were helpful and courteous, what more could you ask for.... and their halloween section is awesome. :) I must add, oops, a mistake was made... but guess what, they fixed it. Awesome group at this store.

I bought a washer and dryer from Patrick. He was really helpful, funny and saved me a lot of money. I was planning to buy a ladder too. Patrick went to my car with me to see if it would fit. It wouldn't so Patrick suggested I buy it through will call and save myself a delivery charge. Dewayne helped me choose the ladder for my needs, one I could use indoors and outside and was within my budget. Later, I went back to pick up the ladder. I stopped in The Home Depot parking lot to tie the ladder down because it was sliding around. Dewayne came out of nowhere (I'm pretty sure he was on his lunch break) and tied the ladder for me. Those guys are really great.

What I like about this store is the easy access, friendly store employees and everything is easily accessible. Clean isle's and the bathrooms are clean but if you find the bathrooms are out of TP or paper towels or soap you tell an employee and they have someone there in a few minutes to correct the problem.

Everyone is always helpful, and we find what we need here.

Home Depot is our go to store for home improvement and hardware needs. The store is well organized, stocked and clean. The staff are helpful and courteous.

The Springfield Missouri Home Depot store is fantastic because you have people like Rebecca Dunlap, Jeff, Keith, and Brad. These are just a few of the names that I remember off the top of my head. Everyone I deal with at this store location is there to help and ready to help. The store should be the training store for how employee should act at all of the Home Depot stores throughout the nation.

Very clean store with helpful employees

I had gone to Home Depot earlier in the day. I thought I got everything I needed for my home project. I was pretty ticked-off when I realized - I didn't. I was in a hurry to get the stuff I needed and get back to it at home. I was dirty, sweaty, and in a hurry. Ryan, took to exactly what I needed and I was on my way back home. The whole trip to Home Depot didn't take more that 3 minutes. Thanks Ryan and Home Depot

Had a new drain spout installed and the rain was washing away my landscaping. So, I went to Home Depot - not knowing exactly what I needed. Ryan saw me, I guess struggling with a decision on what to get and he pointed me to the place and products I needed. Saved me a bunch of money, time & effort. Thanks Ryan.

The lights on my back deck had rusted through and were hanging on by the electrical wires. I needed a quick fix but I wanted something that was not as big or heavy as the old lights. Home Depot has a bunch of choices and I wasn't real clear on what I wanted. Sid in the lighting dept at Home Depot in Springfield, MO came to my rescue. He asked what I was looking for and one by one we eliminated several possible options until we ended up with the only light that match every desire I had. Don't know about anyone else but I wasn't used to getting that kind of attention and service. Thanks Sid & Thank you Home Depot
