Great Memorial Day Sale prices on range/microwaves. Vonnie in home appliances was very helpful and friendly. I will remember this experience next time I am in the market for home appliances

My visit was enjoyable because i was fortunate to get employee Don. He was willing to help find what i was shopping for and he was knowledgeable about the items. I also ran into the manager that was eextremely nice.

This store's customer service is outstanding. Compared to the other hardware/home improvement stores in the area products are generally equal or cheaper in price. Quality is excellent.

Our city is blessed with several good options for Home Improvement stores. In the busiest of these, it can be hard to find someone to help you. Home Depot consistently has employees asking if they can help you with something. This, to me, is a real positive for shopping there.

This is a great store. I always visit Home Depot and HomeDepot.com first for all of my home repair and upgrade needs. Though there is another store just up the street, I always think of Home Depot first, that is where I get the best service and selection. Over the past 2 weeks I have spent a few thousand dollars at My Home Depot because they have what I need.

Overall through years of shopping at this location we have many great experiences. Many of the staff are pleasant and friendly and many have excellent knowledge of products and procedures. We find prices to be competitive and merchandise is generally in stock or readily available to meet out needs.

I think they have very knowledgeable employees. I got help from them after getting bad advice from the Home Depot in Branson. A mature gal in the paint department there had me to use Killz II on a wood deck at my lake house. If you wish, this can be verfied in an e-mail from last fall. I got better advice from this paint department. I did learn not to trust every person that is working in their department as even an older person may be new to their area!

Walter the store manager heard me talking to one of your associates,outside of his office,about a project I was working on. Walter stopped what he was doing [ paperwork ???]and personally took me all around the store to get the items I needed !!! NOW THAT IS REAL " CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!! HE RUNS THE STORE LIKE HE OWNS IT...HOW GREAT IS THAT ??? KEEP THIS GUY AS LONG AS YOU CAN AT THIS LOCATION BUT I SEE HIM MOVING INTO UPPER MANAGEMENT TO POSSIBLY TEACH OTHER MANAGERS ABOUT " CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!

2 out of 3 associates were helpful, but one had more time to respond to a fellow associate, rather than me the customer, and the other associate that shouted out to the one i was hoping would respond to me, actually already a customer with her, so i found it was kinda rude to shout out when they alreay have a customer, and there i am trying to get help from the other associate... its hard enough trying to find assistance in large home improvement stores, but when you do, well heck, you get ignored anyway.. we will just go to Nixa Hardware in the future. Unless we just HAVE to go to Home Depot, because of no other choice

Great store with excellent employees. Usually has the items I want or need in stock. Checkout is quick and efficient. I highly recommend shopping at this location.

I go there all the time if I need tools or garden stuff, lumber, nails, screws, I love it.

Were able to help us by ordering a Samsung dryer 2 other home stores in springfield said was discontinued and couldn't be ordered, even tho just 2 weeks prior we bought the washer that would match in the store. Vonnie and Ray helped us so much and did a great job. Thank you so much for helping us we love it

This is the best home depot for service, help loading your supplies, everyone goes out of their way to help you. Very friendly walking in and out of store. I recommend this store for service, sale and quality products.

I have made two major purchases at The Home Depot store in Springfield, Missouri in the last year. I received excellent courteous service when buying a riding lawn mower last summer. Because of the service I received, I then bought a electric cooktop stove. I again received service from a friendly, knowledgeable employee.

Store was very clean and neat. Good selection of products for the two items I needed.

We love the store. Always have a very difficult time getting assistance in the appliance department. We got lucky today when Cori Troupe, was there to help us. She is an appliance specialist. She had all the answers we needed as to which appliances to purchase. The store needs more employees like her.

The store was clean and had a great selection in the garden department. All the employees were very helpful.

Home Depot is a great store with lots of variety. Knowledgeable employees who will help when asked.

It took 2 hours 2 seperate times (4 hours) to get our door ordered and paid for. THEN we find out later we were overcharged by $300!! This was after the door we ordered was broken when installed and they had to put the old door which caused gaps and wall damage!! Then after the new door was installed, weeks later, the trim was unpainted and dirty. Plus the windwos have a sticky film on the them and some of the handles. Now we have to paint the trim and attempt to clean stickness off. On top of all that we are concerned that the door does not close and lock properly.

The store was clean. Products that we were looking for was found easily. The associates were helpful in explaining how to use the product.
