Every employee I encountered was really friendly. They all just seem to be thrilled that they worked there. Also they did not bug you if you were just shopping around.

I evidently dropped my reading glasses in the stored while I was shopping at the Springfield, MO Home Depot. As I was checking out - there was an associate asking everyone leaving, "If they had lost a pair of glasses". I didn't even know I had lost them (They were a pretty expensive custom-made pair) so, it was kind of a big thing. I am so thankful that she and the store cared enough to find me. I even went to share this story with the Store Manager and after meeting Walter Hall - I understand why there's such a commitment to customer service at his store.

My Mother was at Home Depot looking for lighting for her kitchen. Very shortly after she got there - she realized she didn't know what she needed to purchase lights. On the way out of the store - Store Manager, Walter Hall saw her and jokingly asked her, "Why She Didn't Have Anything In Your Hands". She said, "I was looking for lights for my kitchen and I don't know anything about lights". Walter took my mother by the hand and they went to the lighting section and he helped her find what she needed and then took a picture of them and sent it to me. My mother and I both were blown away by the service.

If you are DIY person and think you know what you need and what to do but suddenly realize you may be amiss, why go anywhere else first?! HOME DEPOT is the place to be! The associates are not only friendly and helpful, they are available and actually do know! Save time? Save money? Get help without feeling ignorant??!!!! Feel at home at Home Depot.

If you have a lighting need, see Beverly!! She showed us the globes attached to the vanity lights we were looking at were not the problem. It was the bulb inside. She replaced the bulb to show us the difference and we made the purchase. Thank you so much, Beverly, for ending our tireless search. We are so pleased with your explanation and advise and that you cared enough to literally show us the difference. Thanks to you, we have exactly what we were looking for!!

It is so nice to walk into a store and know that if I can't find what I'm looking for - A Home Depot Associate will see my struggles and come assist me almost immediately. It's happened anytime I've struggled finding what I need.

I found the advertisement on tv I found what I wanted to buy at Home Depot and not Loews at the price I can afford.

The manager and employees were great. I was really pleased that no matter where I was in the store, there were attentive sales associates eager to help. They sincerely did everything they could to give advice and share there knowledge which was welcomed and appreciated. Highly recommend this location.

Home Depot's staff, employees such as the credit card dept. ; Flooring and Vonnie Fellinger were excellent in providing assistance and offering information on options of credit; sales; features; benefits; personal non-speedy communication and care when going through details of delivery. I thought they out performed better than Sears, JC Penney and Lowes.

I buy at Home Depot for I have found that their associates are friendly, attentive, and experienced. The store is arranged so that it is almost always easy to find what I am looking for. I recommend them highly.

This store and associates made me feel like I was the only customer in the store, I received courteous service and assistance with my project. The manager spent 30 minutes discussing my project and ideas to simplify the process. The staff work as a team. Very friendly and customer oriented.

With all the choice for a home improvement store, the Home Depot employees care. This is were I go when I know what I need, I may not know the "technical" name, but someone there does and takes the time to help.

The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable about their product, willing to make suggestions, and how a non professional should proceed on projects. The prices are often better at the Home Depot, but even if it were a little higher, the customer service and helpful attitude I see on most every employee makes this store a great deal.

The store manager, Walter, was a great help and all the associates I interacted with were very friendly! The store looked great and was very festive!
